The hotel is located near a mall so it is pretty convenient. Theres a park beside it too for a good walk. The room is spacious and clean. The check in was fast and the staff are friendly and helpful with our things. We requested a room with a view and a crib. Requests granted! Fantastic! We ordered lamb chops for dinner. My wife loved it. Breakfast area was not that warm so the food gets cold quick. Overall it was excellent. Thumbs up

The hotel is new and of high quality. Price is very reasonable given the location is a bit distant. Located in newly developed area with no shops and restaurants around. Breakfast is gd. Overall, good experience to stay.

Everything is good however the bathroom's cleaness is not really up to standard. When we mentioned to the reception, they give it a very deep clean. Later we found out it's arranged by Abby the receptionist that we asked a lot of questions about where to eat. We need to special thanks to Abby whom was so attentive to our enquiries & accommodating to our request. She really a pleasure to our stay & a treasure to the hotel. We hope to see her when we come back next time

The front desk has to temporarily send the guests there through Didi-hailing, and then asks the guests to book a car back to the hotel themselves. It is too unreliable. During the ride-hailing process, there were also situations where the Didi driver could not find the hotel location, refused to pick us up, had a bad attitude, etc., which scared us away and we did not go.
