We stayed the weekend of March 26th there were 5 adults and 3 kids in our party. We had connecting rooms. The rooms were very clean and very large. The view was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was perfect. The hotel was sold out for this weekend so I was worried about the gaming tables and slots but to my surprise there was plenty. My friend and I gambled until 3am and never spent a dime. We got the ****** card and was given $15.00 and we both walked away with money. I made enough to pay for the whole trip including food and drinks. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was good but the menu could use a little help. Thanks to Jenny she got our room mix up fixed with no problem. I will be back for sure.

Cooperation and attitude of staff Storms closed the pools for the day. Totally get that. Out of there hands. But we asked for a 2 hr extension to our checkout to enjoy the pool for a few hours since it was the main reason of our stay here, and you would think I was asking for a free weeks stay with the attitude the “gentleman” at the front desk had. He was extremely rude and condescending. We got our time at the pool, not that the staff at the pool noticed Never were waited on once in 2 hrs, but the young girls couple chairs over were visited numerous times with ice cold water and other drinks When we had enough we tried to get back into the hotel, only to find out our key wouldn’t work. Walked around to find a door that didn’t require one went to our room to find it didn’t work there either. I went to the lobby desk to inform them we couldn’t get in our room and clerk responded with its past your checkout time. I told her I called down around 10, was transferred to to the front desk where a man answered and eventually granted an extended checkout. Clerk claimed there was no record of it and basically without saying it, called me a liar We were so impressed with this resort when we first arrived and had a wonderful meal at the Orange Sky restaurant and even talked about making this our place to for special occasions since we are new to the Phoenix area. It went downhill from there, and rapidly We won’t return. The last impression is a LASTING impression

I am used to great hospitality, I am from Malaysia, but staff from Comfort Inn exceeded our expectation. They went above and beyond regular service when they had to evacuate our things while we're still conferencing. The care and mindfulness of their housekeeping staff was truly commendable. The staff was great, patience, professional and knowledgeable of the area. The room was beyond our expectations it was clean, smelled sanitized.. loved the decor and the bed was firm but clean and extremely comfortable. Impressed with the lobby area and corridors were clean and quiet. Couldn’t find any complaints about the entire stay.. at least 6 days. Centrally located to freeway and eating places as well as shopping. Room rates were great.. The breakfast was good and fresh. The only thing I couldn’t deal with was the guest was throwing their car trash in the parking lot. And only a few steps from the trash can.. shame on you 👉. But the staff stayed on top of it.. But trust me you won’t regret your stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid-January. The hotel was well appointed, and well maintained, both in our room and in the public areas. The outdoor pool was very cold, but the hot tub was just right, and the surrounding deck tempted us to sun bathe. Breakfast was the usual HIE fare. The staff were friendly and helpful, laying up our stock of dry ice in their freezer when we discovered that the frig in our room did not have a freezer. The one curious feature here was the absence of a microwave in our room. This was a first in more than 500 HIE stays! It forced us to take our dinner plates downstairs to warm in the communal microwave adjoining the check-in counter. This was mystifying because it was transparently obvious that there had been a microwave in our room, and that it had been removed. Forcing guests to use a communal microwave during the midst of a pandemic is an incredibly bad idea; I implore the General Manager to address this issue at once.
