Really enjoyed are stay

This place was a wonderful experience. The staff was A1 we loved our 2 bedroom.The shuttle bus took us where we need to go. The pick up and drop offs were perfect

The first room we checked into was disgusting. It had dead bugs all over the floor and a lizard running around, and it smelled like wet dog. The second room we checked into had a dead bug on the floor, the fans in both bed rooms squeaked so you couldn’t even have them on. The temperature was set to 69 and the room didn’t go below 75. They did not give us enough towels so I had to call for more. The splash pad and the rock climbing was closed so the kids couldn’t use that either. I have stayed here 2 other times before and never had the problems that I had this time. They need to fix these problems and get their act together.

My kids love this resort. It was so comfortable for our family of five especially having our own kitchen and comfortable beds. It made a big difference. The kids are happy to swim in the pool. The food was a bit expensive but otherwise it was good.

This place is worn down and our room was in bad shape when we arrived. We had to request another room.

This is an honest review: Our villa has a decent size. We had a balcony which was nice. The bedroom and bathroom was not clean properly.The bedroom smells Like pee. Don’t know if it comes from the carpet or air vent. The bathroom shower head was horrible, it poked your skin, only one setting on the shower head. The shower needs to be more clean. The bathroom sink needs to have liquid hand soap. NOT BAR SOAP. When you wash your hands water gushing out running on the counter. The supplies we received some were good, the paper towel was cheap. Shower towels had stain on them. Around the resort was okay, nice greenery. The pool was clean. The coffee shop was great. Lots of birds, ducks and other wildlife around the resort . My kids love them.

Overall our stay was great. The rooms were a good size & clean. We liked the fact that everything was within walking distance & so many pools and they had extended hours! I only have small complaints, no extra kitchen trash bags readily available & the guest toilet wouldn’t properly flush. We had to ask for a plunger but that didn’t help. The shower head in our room was a bit outdated & wasn’t the best while showering. We also didn’t see any towel cabanas to get towels while at the pool & there were no life vests offered at the pools we visited for adults or small children. Would still visit in the future though. One of the best family friendly resorts we’ve been to.

We had a wonderful stay at Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept, and the pools were great for both kids and adults. The resort had such a fun, family-friendly atmosphere that made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!
