The hotel is very nice! Highly recommended! Their travel agents Gabriel and Emillie are very helpful!
The staff are always trying to help, sometimes language can cause misunderstanding but overall the service is good.
They use L'Occitane for all toiletry products
There is a jacuzzi but you need to book! This was perfect for a cold rainy day in Foz do Iguazu

Highlights:
- Walking distance to Iguacu Falls, Bird Park & nice little forest path behind the hotel
- Nice facilities at the hotel (hot tub, sauna, pool etc.)
- Lovely staff, especially at the breakfast
- Clean rooms with good bed and airconditioning
Areas to improve:
- Dinner at the hotel was not good for us, we had chicken which was very dry (overcooked) & risotto which was pretty salty
- Very few options for food & groceries near the hotel as it’s quite far out of the city
- Some public areas of the hotel would require renovations, it leaked from the ceiling at some places & the carpet was smelly accordingly
Overall, we would stay again for the price we paid as we enjoyed our stay and it feels like good value.

Excellent resort, stuffs are friendly, location is close to the national park, facilities are new and they even have the tennis court. Bar is fancy btw.
Food is tasteful, room size is a little bit small but is ok. Overall, very wonderful place.

Rooms comfortable but the beds and upgrades are worth it if you stay and relax if not the basic room to make base if fine.

Wonderful stay, excellent staff, couldn’t be closer to the falls! I would definitely recommend staying here if coming to Iguazu.

An amazing stay. The hotel felt super luxurious and could be a JW Marriott if it rebranded. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Quiet, beyond expectation
This is a manor, you can walk in the woods, feel the chirping of insects and birds, and there may be wild animals. The location is very good, and the bird park waterfall is nearby.
In the evening, I searched and experienced a local barbecue restaurant. It was about 20km to drive to the county. The streets were clean. I wanted to stay here.
Today, I followed the guide to learn about Iguazu Falls and took a helicopter. Amazing day
