Service was great, food was great, aircons needs upgrades, the view is always great, rooms were super clean, the staff were super friendly, I wish I stayed longer than a day, I would most definitely stay here again and recommend Cresta Marang to friends and family

My stay at this hotel is always pleasant, friendly and ever smiling staff members, the food is great especially the traditional menu. The hotel is located in a quite location where one can have a very peaceful sleep..

The service was generally excellent more especially from reception staff like Goitsemodimo who went all out to ensure that all my needs were met. The hotel has new rooms which were built from recycled materials. It is to some degree ESG compliant which is quite commendable.

Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms, quick response time. Very accommodating to our needs. Made our stay comfortable and went an extra mile when we sought assistance. I will always choose Cresta Marang.

The staff is very friendly and greet everyone at an exceptional level. The restaurant staff should at least make sure the tables have cutleries to avoid (client) going up and down looking for fork and knife.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good food. My stay in Cresta Marang was great however they should work on keeping their swimming pools clean. Botswana is very hot and arid hence pools should be well maintained for the guests.
