The Rooms - Hotel & House

I've stayed here many times, but the room facilities are deteriorating. For instance, the sink stopper in the bathroom is missing, and there's a significant sewer smell. The kitchen equipment, like the pots, don't have lids. This makes me reconsider whether I'll stay here again.

Nice apartment

A good hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay in the apartment wasn't the most pleasant. The standard and location were great, but a few issues definitely influenced my opinion. The kitchen in the apartment we rented was very underequipped. There was only a small frying pan. Fortunately, after speaking with the receptionist, we were given an extra pot. It wasn't in the best condition and we had to wash it. We later realized that things like a carving knife were missing. One of our main reasons for renting an apartment with a kitchen was precisely the desire to prepare meals. It didn't occur to us that it might lack basic necessities. However, what bothered us most was the difficulty in sleeping due to noise from the hallway. This may have been due to the ground-floor apartments. However, noise from the reception desk reached the room, and from the very early morning hours, the noise of service carts (cleaning or kitchen). Without earplugs, it would have been difficult to sleep. The smell of cigarette smoke with the window open was also bothersome. Perhaps it is worth introducing a smoking ban on balconies/terraces and designating an appropriate zone for this purpose.

The hotel is well decorated, but it is very remote. It is a 20-minute walk from the subway station. There is a hospital behind the hotel. The room is large and you can cook, but it has a decoration smell.
