The location is fine, next to the train station, there’s a supermarket just next to the hotel. The front desk guy was very helpful, nice and polite. I have already changed the hotel just earlier and I didn’t want to have another kind of conversation about changing room, I was more that 48 hours on the way. The room didn’t have any extra things except for soap and washing gel. I would give this hotel 0 for cleaning, because when I was already in the shower I found black hair and a used razor with lots of hair as well in it. And it was too late to change rooms or complain. The linen maybe wasn’t changed quite a bit, or just wasn’t washed well.

The room was very cold despite the heating being on. The room lacked minimal hygiene products such as a toothbrush, cotton pads, and more. There is not even a single bottle of water. The breakfasts are average. This is the worst hotel in this chain that I've been to.

The hotel itself is no issue but the location is! It’s right in the heart of the red light district and from the main train station, you walk through very sleazy streets to reach the hotel! I wished I read properly before booking! Nonetheless, the staff were great and the breakfast spread was good, minus the very rude plump male chef.

The front desk Clark’s were dishonest , that Indian lady lied if things on promotion, fooled to be Hilton member with all my personal info, yet nothing upgraded

The hotel is near the Frankfurt main, but the back street of the hotel is not safe to walk alone.

The hotel's location is convenient for the office area, making it a good choice for business travelers. However, being near the main train station can feel a bit unsettling at times. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent breakfast—the scrambled eggs were particularly satisfying. I was also highly impressed by the night receptionist on Monday, February 24, 2025. He was polite, efficient, and incredibly helpful. It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered such a customer-oriented and passionate hotelier, and his outstanding service truly made a difference in my stay.

Tidy and large room

Great location for the business area of Frankfurt. I would recommend that travellers arriving by public transport take the S Bahn to the stop "Taunusanlage", which is in a nice safe area and avoid getting off the train at the dangerous Hauptbahnhof / main station area. The rooms are on the small side but impeccably clean, modern and well designed - with a laptop compatible safe. The bathrooms are fabulous with designer shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The breakfast at this hotel is exceptionally good - with the option to have omelettes or other egg dishes cooked freshly for you. There's a wonderful selection at the buffet and all really fresh and good quality. I also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and always found the food to be excellent. Would happily recommend it and stay here again in future
