The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Frankfurt Central Station. However, the surrounding area, with its numerous restaurants and hotels, was quite noisy. I didn't sleep well on the first night due to the disturbance, but they were able to move me to a quieter room for the second night. The facilities felt a bit dated, and the overall condition was just average. Breakfast was very basic with limited options.

For the amount i paid, i shuld deserve a btter hotel. Intercity hotel which i have booked on the place was cancelled without telling me, yes i was aware about making a new booking but to have it cancelled after arriving in Frankfurt, thats just unacceptable. Im a new customer to Trip.com. When payment has been made, and received a call from a eandom ppl ask to cancel and make new reservation, with the current situation, anyone would freak out. Because its not my problem. Being punished with no room in frankfurt, was bad experience. You guys never made an effort yo call me before departure date to remind me that i have no hotel. Trip.com is tripping.

Location was good, just 5-7 mins walk away from Frankfurt main. Store and food around the area. Hotel is clean and check in was seamless. However I was shocked just first day after checking in, I was doing my business in the toilet, suddenly I heard lot of noise. I opened the door and see the cleaning lady vacuum my room, which the door was locked. This happened twice, on the next day as well. Maybe it’s a difference in culture.
