The hotel staff is very friendly, howecer the location is quite far from the city center, but its next to the metro so its still perfect!

Very rude behavior of the gentlemen at main reception counters. Had attitude without respect.

Very unpleasent journey because of the housekeeping person just throw our stuff into one bag and our luggages to the reception, even we told the staff twice that we want to extend our stay for one more night and want to keep our stuff in the room. And they confirmed twice that the room will Not be cleaned. However, the housekeeping person just ignored it...Some of our Things got lost, because they just throw it away. There is no compensation at all for our loses and unpleasent experience. I am very disappointed about the service here.

Quite convenient as it's close to the Messe. And no far is a Skyline Plaza

Great value for fair price. It's located directly next to the Frankfurt Messe. The hotel itself is clean, good quality, nice lobby and very nice staff and service. I would definitely go back there.

During my stay one day there was not any water in the morning, I think it is unacceptable..

Close to the city nice and decent hotel

It was close to the Messe and within walking distance, which was great. You can walk to Frankfurt Station if you want, and it's also just a short bus or train ride away. I think the area is safer than the station. They don't clean the room unless you request it, but even when they tell me to tell the cleaning staff, I've never met them... On the last night, the alarm in my room suddenly started going off for an unknown reason and didn't stop for a while, which surprised me. It stopped once, but started again a few minutes later and was quite loud. The person in the next room also went outside, so no one really knew what was going on. It was good that it eventually stopped, but they never gave me any explanation as to what had caused it.

The room was very simply furnished. There were no electrical outlets next to or near the bed.

I arrived at 9:30 in the morning and planned to check in my luggage, but I waited for a long time and no one was there. The cleanliness was average. There was no kettle, but there were several drinks in the refrigerator. The mattress was very concave and it was difficult to sleep on.

The hotel impresses with its friendly atmosphere and consistently attentive staff. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service makes the stay a truly memorable experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The sauna is quite small, but you can use it until midnight! Breakfast was also generally good! Unfortunately, the parking fees were too expensive!

Overall, it was quite clean, and the room was okay. It's not far from the Frankfurt Exhibition Center, about a 15-minute walk, though it's a bit uphill. It's a good place to stay for a business trip, and Sky Plaza is just a couple of bus stops away, making it quite convenient. The room was a bit basic, and the soundproofing wasn't particularly good. The refrigerator was stocked with free drinks, including water and wine, which was a nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
