Hotel booked as a mistake in wrong Frankfurt, after explain that we are 7 hours away and technically not possible to stay in this hotel we ask for full refund basically straight away after booking. Hotel rejected and charge in full. Beware !!

I have stayed at this hotel few days ago ,it It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient,the reception staff was very kind and helpful,i was dressed in ladies business attire and i went to the reception and spoke to the ladies who were very kind,polite and respectful and they have encouraged me so much ,Ms Latifa the female receptionist was very nice and kind she was dressed professionally and she liked the ladies business attire i was wearing that time , also the lady in the housekeeping helped me to turn the ladies shirt collar on my blazer .

Our first stay in Germany. It was okay. But I found it a bit run-down, a bit dirty; the carpets gave an impression of being dirty. There was no breakfast. However, there was space to store food without any problem.

Two weeks ago, I was in room 64 on the 6th floor, and it was fine. Now I'm on the 7th floor, in room 714. I took the elevator to the 6th floor and then the stairs. Very spartan. Unpleasant and persistent odors waft through the corridors. The room is very Isi, dated, "cold", the curtains can't be closed to create darkness, the TV doesn't work. In the bathroom, which is windowless, there's a strong smell of ducts that not even the aerator can improve. Value for money 👎🏿.
