This hotel is located in the heart of Frankfurt, within walking distance to almost all major attractions. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Frankfurt.

I don’t think it’s appropriate to list you have Fitness facilities on site when it is actually a private gym that can be overwhelming busy with their own members, smells of sweat and have to hustle to find a machine to use ?! If that is the experience you offer for 5 stars standards the hotel claims and the price range, something is fundamentally wrong with hospitality concepts in Germany. And just on principle I would not recommend anyone to stay at a venue with misleading information

I had a terrible stay at this hotel! Everything went wrong from the dirty pee stain toilet in the room when I checked in to the staff indifference when I complained about it! during breakfast I waited 30 minutes for the coffee I ordered when in the end I went inside their kitchen to prepare it myself. the food I ordered didn't arrive even after 40 minutes if wait. during this time I saw the Chef eating breakfast in the dinning room and sitting with other people while all the guests are waiting for food! After I complained again to the guests relation manager they offer me drink coupon in the bar - on the same day I used it in the bar and they still charged me for the drink not only that the waiter tried to charge me for two drinks instead of one! This is the worst experience I ever had in a Marriot hotel chain and I use their hotel five times or more per year around the world. From experience there are much better alternatives in Frankfurt and that's where I will go next year.

Location - beside metro Although location is great, entrance sign is tiny, it was also hidden by the hotel pick up vehicle which resulted in hotel is non visible! Waste of time hunting of hotel Image of hotel in term of age and layout is way different, resulted in smaller room due to the layout assign, misleading images provided by hotel Hotel is showing sign of age compare to newer hotel even if they are under non luxury category Despite a luxury hotel in branding and price, major dust was found behind the table corner Wouldn’t recommend the hotel
