While the location next to the central train station is convenient, the customer service is shockingly poor. We were looking forward to watching the FIFA match, but our room's TV kept shutting down. The front desk ignored our calls, forcing us to walk downstairs. After being promised help within 15 minutes, we were left waiting with zero assistance. When we called again late at night, the staff member was incredibly dismissive, telling us to just go to a local bar. To make matters worse, he refused to give his name when asked. He claimed he would call us back regarding a room change, but we were completely ignored. We haven't received an apology or any follow-up to this day. What a shameful way to treat paying guests.

Staff is nice and very happy to answer enquiries with humor. Luggage handled well. Very convenient location to go to train station and take publix transport to other parts of the city.

Every time I go to Frankfurt, this is my first choice. Good location, clean and safe rooms.

Convenient locations just next to the train station. Standard hygiene level, lack of amenities like slippers and kettle. All the receptionist are nice and friendly.

The location was excellent, very near Franfurt main station. The hotel also provided free transport vouchers which allowed us to make unlimited trips on public transport during the stay.

Location of the hotel is near the Frankfurt Main Train Station. It is easy to get around. However the room air conditioning is not working properly. The temperature of the room is too hot for summer season. Please reconsider if you are traveling during summer months. We stayed for two nights and were given two bottles of mineral water on our first day only.
