food the same everyday, towels dont change if no ask, the room card locked itself twice before check-out date, others are good and convenient.

I recently stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the discovery of bed bugs on my last day. Despite this issue, I found the overall stay to be acceptable. The breakfast wuthin my expectations, but I believe the reception could improve. Coming back on bed bugs I urge the hotel to prioritise thorough inspections and preventive measures to ensure a pest free environment for guests.

Best hotel ive ever stayed in. Best location you could ever ask for. Just across the platform1 of the main train station. If your train arrives at platform1 you will arrive at the hotel in 30 seconds. Super safe. Very bright room. Will always stay here.

Extremely convenient location across from the main train station. Nice breakfast buffet and room are in fair size. Good service and you can get free public transportation if you enroll in their program.

This hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the Hauptbahnhof. Room was new & clean. Staff was friendly & attentive. Breakfast was average. Can't really expect much by paying that amount money.

The location is just beside the main train station and it provided self check in which is convenient for late check in.

Excellent location, just in front of south exit of Fankfurt main HBF. lacks of some necessary amenity. By the way worth the money.
