I was amazed how ipartment is set up. No hassle self check-in and check-out. Took me a while to figure out how to access amenities so we weren’t able to do our laundry. But over all when you get the hang of it you will appreciate the stay. Will definitely recommend and will go back again someday.

Terrible experience they never sent me the entry code on my email. I had to wait almost 2 hours to get a response after many phone calls. No one physical available to help me and it was 12 o’clock midnight

Apartment not clean. There were silverfish coming out of the bathroom. Floor was dirty. Complicated check in. Good location and decent kitchen.

The place is new and therefore very modern and nicely furnished. The room we had was very spacious. I find the check-in a bit confusing because you have to contact the hotel before you get your check-in details. If you miss that, you might end up stranded if you arrive later. I think they can improve there. Reception is open till 8 p.m.

Location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the S-bahn station and only one stop away from the airport. If you fly from T2, it's even more convenient to just walk for 15 minutes. The room is quite big as well, and having a Nespresso machine gives to it a nice classy touch. Having said that, the fact that soap-body soap-shampoo is all in one product is a bit disappointing. The check in process needs to be a bit smoother, it's not intuitive at all.

As other guests write, some proceedings are required to get access to the room. You have to send an e-mail to the hotel so that you receive two access codes. The first is for the building, and the second is for the room area. In order to get into your room, you have to enter the first code, and if it is confirmed, enter the second code. From the second time, you only need to enter the second code to get into the room. Since I was not able to download the manual, I asked another guest on the same floor how to enter the room. The room as such was excellent and convenient in its location near a supermarket and the S-Bahn train station.

The apartment hotel is very nice and clean
