Aparthotel Adagio Frankfurt City Messe

Such a good spot near the tram. We stayed here for a concert and was super easy. Also in a really nice neighbourhood.

Location is safe and accessible by public transportation. Staff cooperation is 4/5. Bed design us 1/5; it causes injuries due to the foldable design.

Everything was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is located right across from the exhibition center, making it very convenient for attending exhibitions on foot, taking the metro, and sightseeing.

Overall great stay for the price. Would have liked more frequent housekeeping than the once a week norm though Pros: unlimited still and carbonated drinking water available at no additional cost and towel heating rack in bathroom Cons: confusing air con controls that ultimately did not quite cool the room enough for summer days and low water pressure

I come back here often and the service is amazing and love the friendliness and the room feels like home.

Very nice hotel in a good location. The reception was super friendly and patient and offered us many help. It was a bit confusing at first since you need to enter the building from one of the three doors and get to the reception on 4th floor, but after that everything was good. The room was clean and tidy with no oddor, a bit small to open two large suitcases, but not a big problem. The air conditioner kept the room warm and cosy. Our room was at 8th floor with nice city view (in the photo), there were occasional sirens outside the window but in general pretty quiet from both nearby and inside. The TV allowed screen mirroring, and there was a very nice speaker above it. We didn't use the stove but the large fridge and microwave were quite useful. There were laundry machines and dryers next to a small gym. It took about 15 minutes to the main train station, can travel by either underground or tram which was convenient. There were many good restaurants and supermarkets around, and it was close to most of the attractions.

Value for money. Location 1 stop subway line from the central station, tram wise 3 stops away from central station. tram station just a foot step away from the hotel. Overall cleanliness can be improved, dust is around the apartment. Bed is comfortable. Dish washer in the room. Service wise other than check in no further interaction with the staff. Check in can be improved. We were in the q and only 1 person is serving despite the other check in staff is available.

Convenient location. Close to the exhibition center. Have Laundry with fees.
