Colour Hotel

My husband and I felt horrible in the hotel because of bedbugs. In May 2024, we lived hotel for one night. Next morning we saw 3 bedbugs in the bed. After press bedbug, a lot of blood came out. We took picture. And we caught two insects and went to the reception. We showed staff photos and bedbugs. The Staff said that the hotel was the first time to see bedbug, but we checked Booking reviews and found that guests complained bedbugs in Colour Hotel as early as November 2023! Then, there are 37 bite marks on my body. It is estimated that there are at least 13 bed bugs in this room! We have cleaned all of the clothes and thrown away some things. Clothes were dried and other items sprayed with insecticide. Because of the itching and pain I can’t work and live normally 2 weeks. I can’t sleep normally. Bed bugs not only cause great torture to the body. We also cause great torture to the heart and spirit. I sent 4 times email to the hotel for the complaint and asked for compensation but no response! I called many times to the hotel. Only the front desk staff answered the phone, and the manager was nowhere to be found.

Unprofessional and extremely unfriendly staff (one man in particular who was at reception). - He talked very rudely to us, yelling, and never being polite in any way, even though we friendly to him. - He refused to believe us that we were on business trip. There is a fee for tourists, which he made us pay and we never got our money back. - The elevator was broken (which is understandable and fine!) but he refused to try to help us find a solution on how to store our luggages, as we were on the 4th floor and had 3x 25kg bags. He just waved us away, saying it is our problem. He could have at least said sorry, or given us a room at a lower level, asked his staff to help us carry some bags, or made a partial refund. But he was just very unprofessional at this and continued to ignore us. - He called us “children” Worst hotel experience.
