Excellent place of value. Transport available nearby. Easy walking from main train station. Restaurants of all types around.

Very easy to access from Frankfurt Central Station. The in-room facilities are on par with Japanese business hotels, so there are no major issues. As is common in Europe, there is a frosted glass door between the toilet and the bedroom, which can be seen through the gap, which may be a concern for some people. Drinks in the fridge were included in the stay. Breakfast was also of sufficient quality. The service of making omelets and scrambled eggs was also good. However, I was disappointed that although I was able to connect to WiFi near the front desk, I couldn't connect to it in my room for some reason (though it may have been an issue with my device).

The front desk is very polite and professional, the food and beverage department is very professional, the breakfast is very rich, definitely recommend friends to try this hotel.

Nice hotel in a good location. Across the street from the Hbf Main train. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. They serve breakfast and have a small cafe attached. They accommodated our family of 3 with a L-shaped room that had a queen bed with bath. The other side had two single beds. The WiFi was excellent! 1-2 blocks or a 5-7 minute walk to many restaurants. 15-20 minute walk to the Aldstadt. The area is safe but yes, there are some questionable people at times. I read some of the reviews talking about it being unsafe. We didn’t feel unsafe. People mind their own business. I walked past a great pub 3-minutes from the hotel that had a lot of questionable people outside; however, inside it was full of normal folks & tourists. Great hotel, great location and great price!

We booked a room that morning due to cancelled trains, rate was very reasonable and included breakfast.
Staff were lovely on checking in, and we got to our room straight away which is unusual at 11am!
The room was comfortable but wall paper a bit grubby. The facilities were fine.
Breakfast was very nice, we were made fresh coffee and plenty to choose from although the area was small. The lobby was cozy and bright.
Again the staff were very friendly and helpful and check out was smooth. They were happy to check our cases for a while also.

Fabulous hotel. Staff were excellent. Lovely quiet room. Comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom. I had the best nights sleep I have had for ages. The surprise bonus was the well stocked complementary fridge which was generously re-stocked every day during our stay, including 4 large bottles of excellent German beer. Breakfast was a cold continental style breakfast which I would normally be disappointed by as I like a cooked breakfast when staying at hotels but the cheese, cold meats and smoked salmon totally made up for it. Great tea and coffee service at breakfast too. Absolute bargain for the price we paid.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was bright and modern, and the breakfast buffet was phantastic. We would stay here again.
