Location is quite near to city centre. Walkable and yet have public transport close by. Rooms are clean and spacious for 3 adults.sufficient amenities. Enjoyed the stay here

Perfectly good modern no-frills hotel. Room not huge but big enough and had all the facilities you would expect, ie. aircon, TV with plenty of channels (mostly German, obviously). Room and hotel very clean. The hotel is located about a 30 minute walk from the city centre but benefits from having the Ostbahnhof U-bahn station a few yards away. Here you can catch the U6 train into the centre (takes 10 minutes at most). If using the U-bahn and S-bahn systems, get a day ticket (7 euros) - otherwise it’s 3 euros 65 for a single journey.

It is located near Frankfurt East Station, very close to the subway station. It takes about two to three minutes to walk to the subway station. If you go to a farther subway station, it takes about seven minutes. The transportation is very convenient. There are many delicious restaurants around, such as Turkish and Italian restaurants. The supermarket is also very close.

1) The hotel room temperature was very low, and many other guests felt the same way; the room temperature was below 18 degrees Celsius. 2) The hotel door key code was frequently invalid; several times at night, the hotel door couldn't be opened, and there was no one at the front desk. 3) Upon checking into the hotel, I found dirty towels that had been used by others in the room. 4) The hotel often didn't have hot water for showers.

Convenient self-service check-in

In an express hotel where the front desk is not on duty 24 hours a day, the room access code lock broke in the middle of the night. A family of three were locked out for three hours and their children fell asleep in their arms. Even calling the platform and calling the hotel was rubbish and the hotel did not solve the problem. We broke the code lock ourselves and asked us to wait 🙂 It was not until 12:30 in the morning that they were willing to change my room. The dedicated customer service made so many calls to help me in the middle of the night and tried many solutions. It’s a pity that the hotel management is not good at it.

The price-performance ratio is comparable to that of a domestic 7-day hotel, but the safety is very high. The cleaning staff are very serious and start knocking on the door at 7 o'clock every morning to come and clean. They stick to their posts😅😅😅

環境不錯，離地鐵站很近，門口就有多電軌車路線直達市中心。房間比較小，衞生做得不錯，床也比較小。早餐不錯，性價比高，值得推薦。
