"We spent one night in this place during our transit between Poland and The Philippines. Truly great place with a lot of activities inside the hostel. Helpful and kind staff was the main reason which was also beneficial for us. The room wasn’t the cleanest one I’ve ever seen in my life, but it’s not the huge disadvantage. Overall, it was really good stay in reasonable money."

"As other guests write, some proceedings are required to get access to the room. You have to send an e-mail to the hotel so that you receive two access codes. The first is for the building, and the second is for the room area. In order to get into your room, you have to enter the first code, and if it is confirmed, enter the second code. From the second time, you only need to enter the second code to get into the room. Since I was not able to download the manual, I asked another guest on the same floor how to enter the room. The room as such was excellent and convenient in its location near a supermarket and the S-Bahn train station."

SSoul PhilosopherI recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport and had a mostly pleasant experience. The apartment-style hotel room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-size bed that made for a restful night. The room’s design felt more like a cozy apartment than a typical hotel, which was a nice touch for extended stays.
The only downside during our visit was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. However, the hotel’s convenient location more than made up for this. Although there isn't a shuttle service to the airport, the train station is just a short 3-minute ride away from Frankfurt International Airport, making it very easy to reach.
Overall, it’s a great option for those looking for comfort and convenience close to the airport, as long as the aircon issue is resolved.

GGuest UserLocation is very convenient: shopping area and tourist sights are within walking distance, U8 and U9 takes one to the airport in 15 mins and all U trains take one to the Central train station. Room is very spacious, functional and comfortable, and the aircon worked very well. Breakfast that came with the booking is OK, nothing fancy but it ticks most boxes and most importantly helps to save money in an expensive city. All in all, it was the only saving grace of my stay in one of the most boring major European cities I have ever experienced.

JJozhazhaWhen i checked in on November 6th, the reception lady is not so nice. I asked clearly if you have a room in higher foor. She just ignored me!!! AND i asked again and she said no room in higher floor.
She then gave me a room in the 2nd floor. I accepted but when i entered the room, i found the window cannot open like last time. So I went back to her and asked a room with open window at any floor. Then she gave a room on the highest floor at 6th!!! So what about a min ago ”no room in higher floor”???
Then, i tried to open the window several time and it absolutely did'nt work!!!
I can sense that she a little racist. Bacause I am Asian.

LLukas MariusI booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. Booking a room for 168euro and includes breakfast for three then in the end I didn’t use the service since the service agent at the counter was not professional and told me it’s not including breakfast.
Also I tried to call the counter for the whole day and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed and even though the location and room was great I will not be coming back due to this.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center and you can walk to the landmark of the city easily. The river is a few steps away, there are many restaurants around. The concept and interior design of the hotel is uniquely fun and makes you feel good. For example there was an ukulele as part of the decoration in the room I stayed in and it was nice for me to find this musical instrument in my room, which i learned to play in my childhood and put aside. There is a kitchen on the top floor and you can cook your own food if you wish. There are also some foods and drinks if you want to buy you take it and write down on the list on the table, to pay when you check out the hotel. İt was a good experience and I liked the hotel.

The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas with a sliding door are well-designed, and the mirror has an anti-fog function. The hotel offers breakfast; it's the same every day but quite comprehensive. The location is on the quieter side of the main train station, and tram 37 goes directly there. Getting to the exhibition center is a bit more troublesome, taking about 30 minutes by foot or public transport. There's a small riverside park nearby where you can take a stroll.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but this was not really a problem because there is a light rail station right at the front door. From there, it is very easy to reach the city center in a short time. This made traveling around simple and convenient, even though the hotel itself is outside the busy areas.
The room was very clean and modern. Everything looked fresh and well maintained, which gave me a comfortable feeling during my stay. The bathroom was spotless, and the furniture felt new. I appreciated the effort the hotel made to keep the rooms tidy and welcoming.
The only downside was the bed. The double bed was actually made by joining two single beds together. This was not very comfortable, especially when trying to sleep in the middle. It felt a little awkward and less relaxing compared to a proper double bed.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers who want a quiet location with easy transport to the city. Just be aware of the bed arrangement.
