Hampton Inn Franklin/Milford

I booked my room on ******* when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have ******* call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price

Breakfast was good and parking was easy, should think about adding charging stations for electric vehicles

Really enjoyed our stay. All the staff were pleasant and helpfull. Stayed here years ago and the makeover is very much an upgrade.The breakfast covered all of our needs. Parking is easy and easily accessible to our room.

Was pleasantly surprised how nice the rooms were. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The weekend staff was absent most the time.

Great place to stay. Check in was easy. Lateshia was fantastic. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and quiet.

We stayed for several nites and can say the beds were great...breakfast was a full breakfast with various choices each morning. It was easy to find right off 495...! Coffee was hot and ready to go any time!

This is a great place to stay in Franklin. The rooms are a nice size, everything is clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Check in and out was very smooth and quick Rachel who worked the front desk was super friendly, the room was clean and nice, the only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 was that the bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable and the shower pressure was a bit weak. Minus those two things I would stay here again.
