They charged me an extra $100 with no explanation. When I called to ask why they said “their computers were down, and that they would get back with me.” Only they never got back with me. When I called back a second time I got a voicemail where I explained that I needed to know why I was charged the extra $100 or I would be leaving this on a review. I never heard back from them. Hence the review. My son and I are tidy hotel stayers, and literally just stayed the night, showered, ate breakfast and left. Customer service should be a top priority when dealing with people and is extremely lacking. I consider this theft.
