Antica Terrazza Frascati

The location of the b & b is excellent, practically in the center. I booked 4 rooms. 3 had a decent bathroom the fourth an old and run down bathroom. All rooms with vintage (old) furniture. Shower with curtain. Comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast served in another structure in a small room where there was only room for a few tables. To enter you had to wait for the others to come out☹️. I would have gladly had a yogurt but they were gone 🙄🙄. Friendly staff. If I had known I would have chosen something else. NOT recommended for those a bit fussy

Excellent base for visiting the area of the Roman hills, in the center of Frascati, just behind the Duomo. Also convenient to reach Rome, we were there by train from Frascati and it was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast in agreement with the corner bar. Large and clean room. A little strange decor, but we enjoyed it. Good value for money

Hi everyone, I had the pleasure of staying in this structure for 5 days, in a FANTASTIC room is an understatement: - Very clean - excellent value for money - excellent services In short, everything was perfect, never had problems, except for the hot water that was missing the second day of accommodation, but as soon as I called the phone number a guy named Johnny arrived, Jonatan I don't remember the exact name, and he solved the problem in 2 seconds. (Also this guy checked me in perfectly explaining everything also where to have breakfast and where to eat well in the various restaurants / fraschette of Frascati). The structure is in the heart of Frascati, my room overlooked St. Peter's Square where on Saturdays and Sundays it is very busy, and for this reason the rooms are equipped with earplugs (excellent idea). I also had the pleasure of meeting Emanuele and Veronica (if I'm not mistaken) who are the owners of the structure, (husband and wife) SUPER MEGA kind, in reality all the staff were FANTASTIC, for any need they were always there in 2 seconds. Well I don't know what else to say, GREAT EXPERIENCE, obviously it has become one of my favorite structures, and every time I return to Frascati I will always stay there. Quello che ci è successo con questa struttura ha dell’incredibile. Nonostante i ripetuti i messaggi a mezzo WhatsApp in cui ci chiedevano orario preciso del nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare fuori dalla porta 30 minuti che venisse la receptionist, una volta dentro abbiamo chiesto di vedere la camera prima del check in , c’è stato assolutamente vietato per direttive cosiddette aziendali. Abbiamo insistito in quanto già dalla reception la cosa non ci sembrava di nostro gradimento, non c’è sono stato verso . Abbiamo dovuto prima pagare e poi prendere possesso di una camera a dir poco allucinante, alleghiamo alcune foto ingresso con guardaroba indecente , fili elettrici per terra in barba a qualsiasi norma sulla sicurezza , arredamento discutibile anche se ammettiamo il de gustibus 😬. Quello che è ancora più allucinante la receptionist , si è vantata del bagno fatto un anno fa . Dalla tenda per la doccia aiutata da un fil di ferro x reggersi al termosifone completamente distaccato ai vasi ancora con l’etichetta all’assenza di un piattino x la saponetta .Nota più dolente materasso osceno tanto che per il mal di schiena di si è dovuto far uso anche del lettino aggiuntivo presente in camera. La mattina successiva su indicazione della receptionist siamo andati a fare colazione all’hotel Bellavista della stessa proprietà e alla richiesta di un bagno ci è stato comunicato la indisponibilità di un bagno invitandoci ad andare ad un altro bar fuori sempre della stessa proprietà a usufruire del bagno. È normale che se avessimo letto in tempo utile la recensione che precede la nostra saremmo stati molto lontani da questa struttura. Ma certe strutture non dovrebbero essere controllate ?magari periodicamente . Come si fa a tenere aperte queste situazioni? Se vi è possibile evitatela.

Hébergement très bien propre, calme, tout c’est bien passer au plaisir
