GGuest UserBooked a lake view room with a large terrace to look at Harrsion Lake, the scenery is very beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, there is a small kitchen, there are tableware, but there is no stove. I will choose to stay again next time.
SSHUOOverall not good to come to Vancouver on the first day did not choose to live in the city from the airport to drive from the airport probably takes more than an hour. The hotel is very clean next to the Wal-Mart and the shopping center is very convenient. Although there is no breakfast, the hotel can connect to a restaurant at a very affordable price. 15 knives a lot of people
GGuest UserI was booked into the Holiday Inn by my employer. It is outside the city centre which is good. When we looked at a restaurant at the Coast Hotel there were street people in the parking lot and around the immediate vicinity. The Holiday Inn is far enough from the city centre that this is not an issue that may make some people uneasy. The hotel is very new, is very clean, has very comfortable beds, pillows, nice quality bath products and Dove soap and lotion. Very well laid out room with numerous electrical outlets, well lit and comfortable furnishings. Breakfast has a good variety of food. Staff seem happy at their work and are very helpful, especially Rose!
JJINFENGThe location of the hotel is relatively quiet, and the entire hotel is relatively large, especially with a lot of parking spaces, which is very suitable for self-driving people. The breakfast is relatively rich with hot food, and the front desk service is also very good. If you go early, you can check in early if you have a room. You don't have to wait until after 3 o'clock. I have been on a business trip in Canada for more than a month, and I basically book a hotel of the best western brand, which is cost-effective.
GGuest UserThis resort came highly recommended by my friends but in my opinion it was OK; however, the customer service was EXCELLENT! The staff were very professional, courteous, helpful and kind. Room service was fast even on the Family Day long weekend! The restaurant attached to the resort had a tasty and large buffet selection and the waitresses went out of their way to please and to treat everyone in our family! The pools were not as hot as we wanted them to be (it rained on us while in the hot springs so we felt cold despite the heated outdoor pools). The rooms were outdated for a resort and for the price per night. We stayed only 1 night and that was more than enough! The highlight for us was the dinner and the breakfast buffets!
GGuest UserA not overly clean room that is cramped, with an old carpet, no cupboards of any sort in the bathroom, and erratic wifi. Oh...and then there 's the construction going on next door as they are making a major addition to the mall. Lots of car traffic noise too. People reserving should be warned about that. The beds seem okay. And the front desk person was friendly.
GGuest UserVery clean and very comfortable bed. If the room has spare blanket for someone to add on. It will be the best. Also, I do not have extraordinary expectation so breakfast is so far acceptable.
GGuest UserI have no idea what building the other reviews were in but it was a perfectly fine hotel. Bed was clean and comfortable, shower was clean and water was hot. The place is older and could use some work but it’s a perfectly acceptable place to stay and I’d stay there again without issue.
Stay at THE RAMADA by this hotel DONT STAY HERE !!! Spend the extra $20-$40. SAME LOCATION!! Dead ants/dirt/hair in bed, lady changed the bed and tried to gaslight me by saying it wasn't dead ants it was just dirt. (Osb dead ants), a ant crawled BY MY FACE IN BED! lady tried to BLAME ME saying I had food on the floor. (I was fasting for a procedure so no food was in the room) refused a refund. Made me wait over an hr. Called again and guy argued with me about changing bed. I lost my patience and made him change the bed. (Mostly I changed it. Horrible service) he sprayed the room as well. NOT HEALTHY!! Breathing that in. Morning found more ants in the bed and shower. Stained sheets, BLOOD STAIN on bed covering, cigarette burns in blankets and covering. Guy saw and didn't care. Just complained about smokers and said sheet was overwashed. (Osb stained and gross) room/floor was digesting and dirty. Waiting to check out and guy was YELLING AT CUSTOMER AND HUNG UP ON HIM!! super rude to everyone including me. But he gave me a $15 refund when lady refused night before. (Showed him 3 vids of ants) WORSE EXPERIENCE, NOT HEALTHY, MISTREATED AND DIGESTING. nightmare from check in to check out. NOT WORTH IT!!!! Stay at the Ramada!!!
GGuest UserI'm from Bowen Island & came here for Christmas & to see family. Any future reservations for Abbotsford, I will definitely be bringing my business here. They were there to accommodate me, when family came, they were fine with my guests and didn't say anything about it. That was VERY important.
