Comfort Inn Red Horse Frederick

Overall stay was good but could hv been a little better. The beds are hard on my back. The elevator was slow and had to hit buttons to open door on every floor. Front desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with plenty of options. We were there from Richmond va for local crab feast.

Found 3 cockroaches in the room ! I have stayed at the red horse a number of times when visiting Frederick MD. But this time I woke up to find 3 cockroaches in the bathroom. The place is getting a little run down. The drapes had holes in them and the bathroom tile had cracks. The low flow shower and faucet aren't to good. The air conditioning works really good.

One of the chairs could have been replace. Dirty stains. H by bottom curtains either washed or replaced. . Had to walk down to basement for breakfast. Not good for bad feet folks. It’s an old hotel I found the beds clean comfortable. Bathrooms also clean. breakfast satisfying.

Stay was good. Staff were friendly. Towels were GREAT!! Beds were comfy and pillows as well. Elevator is a little funky but once you figure it out...it's good. Hotel itself is older but they have worked to make it better where they can. I would stay there again for sure. Oh breakfast was good as well. Several options.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Happy to see the former Red Horses Inn being kept in good condition by the Confort Inn folks. Room was clean and updated. Front desk were courteous and helpful. Will consider for next trip. Excellent location.

Our experience was OK, for one night. The hallways had odors of smoke in some areas, and deodorizer in others. Our room had neither of those, but just smelled a bit stale. Otherwise the room was clean and the tv worked fine.
