Best Western Historic Frederick

The place is basic and pretty clean.The location is perfect and quiet.We didn't have soap and shampoo in the room so we went to purchase ours.We stayed 2 days and the cleaning ladies arrived after 4 pm to clean the room while one of us used the shower and didn't return later on to clean it so it was pretty challenging...We managed to have our towels exchanged.The breakfast is plentiful,fresh and the staff is very carrying and professional.A perfect place for a stay between driving times.Thank you.

Was disappointed booking cost was 40 more a night then it was two weeks prior.  Also disappointed in small tub/bathroom set up.

The hotel was good but also updated. Rooms were good clean and also nice fresh linen. Had a good and easy to adjust shower although the bathroom was pretty small as it included a toilet as well. Everything else was good. Breakfast was better than the previous hotels we stayed but can be better. Some breakfast items were not presented and there was no microwave so not possible the cook the oat porridge.

Easy to find. Internet was spotty. Clean and friendly staff.

Great Hotel - very friendly reception

Staff was accountable and kind. Breakfast was better than expected. Few minor things like tools left in bathroom from repairs that really weren't finished but didn't interfere with our stay. Remote control wasn't working properly. I was offered another room but too tired to move.(ALL Carpets need cleaning or replacing...minor stench) Overall it wasn't a bad stay but it wasn't A1

TERRIBLE hotel. The room smelled stuffy and moldy, and there was even mold in the shower. The hallways smelled heavily like cigarettes as well. We brought the issues up to the front desk, and they told us to email the manager. We ended up checking out early and staying somewhere else. After emailing the manager, nothing was done about the situation. I would not recommend this place, and I would never stay here again.
