SpringHill Suites Frederick

Overall a very nice hotel for its location, services and room size/setup. Everything is new of this hotel. Free breakfast including non-dairy beverages are very nice. I had an unusual surprise to find used towels hidden in the under the sink cabinet by previous guests (not the hotel’s fault, who would know your guests hid towels under the sink). I also had an unusual surprise to find one side of my clean looking pillowcase smelled like old oil (probably essential oil that couldn’t be completely washed off). I would stay again.

SpringHill Suites was just the type of stay we were looking for. Convenient, Clean and great price point. Check in was a breeze. The room we had reserved was everything that was described. The roof top bar was great. The vibe was phenomenal. Only wish there was an on site restaurant, but the local options they gave were great. We ate at Madrones. Highly recommended to eat at. Will definitely stay at this location again in the future.

The first person I encountered checking in wss very pleasant, especially after I had drove a few hours. Everything was good but you could hear everything your neighbors are doing (glad I brought headphones for my laptop). The night before I was checking out, I was in the bathroom putting my skincare on my face and I happen to glance at the ceiling and the light had two medium sized bugs inside of it. Not sure if they were dead or alive.

We had a handicapped room and the shower was very easy to use. it had a shower chair that made bathing our daughter easier than any hotel weve stayed at. Very easy to get to. Small pool though. We didnt try it with our daughter because there were 2 boys there and it wojldve been tight with 5 people in it.

Mountain View was perfect. The shade would not pull down or wasn’t supposed according to the woman at the desk. It was so light in our room so we couldn’t sleep. The shower was very nice and safe but the main floor slippery.

The pool was a LOT smaller than anticipated. Literally only 6 ft wide. The shower walls were not wiped down and someone else’s hair was all over them. My daughter also got bit by bugs during the night which I suspect were bed bugs so never going back there.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Makala went above and beyond to assist me as needed. The room was clean and peaceful, and I enjoyed the fitness room. The breakfast was also delicious! No cons for this hotel and their staff. Thank you Makala!

The room was great and Victoria was very welcoming and accommodating when we checked in. The only thing I’d suggest is much softer towels - the wash cloth was extra rough. Beyond that, it was an excellent stay.
