Convenient location. Easy to commute everywhere. Professional staff.

Very well located beside train station, however is quite an old hotel without proper maintenance, sauna and swimming pool area with many water poddle and slippery , the sauna room have good potential if well maintained, room is very dim, have problem with first room at lvl 4 with dirty water from shower, get change to lvl 2

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. Please don't come to clean my room at 8:30 am next time, I can not wake up this early. It would be better after 10:30 am.

Responsive yet friendly services, hotel may be abit old. For the first time I saw an indoor pool below the hotel. Location wise is alright, nearby to eateries and train station. Beautiful housekeeper.

The Novotel has an excellent location, about 300 m from the train station, close enough to be convenient, but far enough away that it’s not super noisy. It is also very convenient to everything else in city. It has excellent Covid protocols, room was large and clean, front desk service was very efficient and friendly, breakfast buffet was good, small pool in basement was a very pleasant way to relax and stretch out after a day spent walking around the delightful small city of Freiburg. If I were to return I will stay here again.

Reception not helpful and sometimes unfriendly. Seems overloaded. Rooms not clean and some things broken. Breakfast good, but too expensive. Restaurant is very good and recommendable. Very friendly staff there too. Pool in the basement was dirty.

I recently stayed at the Novo Hotel Freiburg and can only recommend it highly. The location of the hotel is just perfect - right next to the train station, it offers excellent connections, but is still pleasantly quiet so you can sleep well. The service at reception was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even more pleasant. Unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy breakfast due to an early train, but the clean and quiet rooms and the excellent sleeping comfort made my stay very positive. If you value the central location with all amenities such as shopping, bars and restaurants, you will love this hotel. An all-round recommended place for a relaxed and comfortable overnight stay in the city!

Very good, I will come again next time. The location is very good, very close to the train station and the city center. There are swimming pools and other facilities inside. It is very good for family travel. I hope it can be useful to others.
