Hotels in Munich Airport Area, Freising

Hotel is fine, the staff is nice. Novotel airport is easy to reach by the public bus shuttle. No issue to catch a flight even very early in the morning. Rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The squarish ”sleeping factory” design of the hotel features long corridors flanked with rabbit holes doors... Depending on where your room is located by reaching the lift, your daily jogging is done.

I have stayed here 6 times already and its great especially when you fly out the next day. The location is not the best if you want to go into the city but a great location to get to the MUC Airport. The staff is amazing, the bar is great with good food and drinks. The Hotel is inside a Office building which makes it super trendy. 100% worth the money. This time I arrived during the heat wave and the AC did not work and the room was a sauna. I just opened the windows and it cooled down over night. That was the only bad part but also not usual for Germany. Again great place, great staff and very convenient to get to MUC.

Easy check in. Very convenient location to the MUC airport. Family room is small for four with not much storage but clean and sufficient for one night. Airconditioning & wifi worked great. You cannot drive and drop of luggage right by the reception. It's a little bit of a walk around the house. approximately 30 meters, not great if it's raining. Expensive breakfast for the choices given. €10 for a continental breakfast with jams, cold cuts and boiled eggs plus some cereals, coffee, tea and juice.

The hotel is nice but there is nothing next to it. Suitable for a night to sleep and leave. The room is clean and the breakfast is OK! European Features Only pick up, not send, drop off at 5 euros, thank you! (Just booked 2 hours later, I went back to the airport car and paid the good money. The friend called to take me back to the airport. It was only 3 minutes before and after the phone was answered at the front desk. The front desk brother said that I am sorry that I ordered a non-refundable! It's speechless!! Next time Don't pay until you get on the bus, see what you do with me)

The price is not competitive. I asked the counter for the ad-hoc price BUT it was extremely high. However, I used to buy the room from the online hotel website in Hong Kong. The price was very attractive.

Quite good! The hotel, however, does not have a direct telephone number neither a direct email address, hence, when I wrote an email to the ”main” address the answer came back almost a week later, a second one written on April 30 still has not been answered. So why not have the possibility to write or call the prizeotel of your destination/stay? Something to think about I would say. Unfortunately, when asked about bus timetable in front of the hotel the receptionist could not provide any information - had to go to the stop to see the timetable. Nevertheless, I recommend the hotel to travellers: courtesy, friendliness and fantastic breakfast choices.

Pros: Welcoming staff at reception. 4 lifts which were available within seconds of pressing the button. Clean and modern rooms with enough space. We could make waffles in breakfast which was very good. Cons: Breakfast service with refilling was a bit slow. Missed some basic things in breakfast like fried eggs. Also since the parking is far away from city, free parking should have been offered.

Like most guests here, we were only planned on the journey here and we had no great expectations. We were positively surprised: rarely experienced such pre-coming, friendly hotel staff as here. My compliment, hat off! For us two, even - although very late - the bar was again activated so that we can get a beer. We are happy to come back and recommend the hotel further.

I booked this hotel for a night during the Oktoberfest season last Fall 2022. I booked 5 rooms here as I was with my colleagues for a Business trip. I booked the rooms by emailing the hotel directly. The communication was smooth, and the reservation process was fast. The hotel is located a stone's throw away from the Munich Airport but unfortunately, they do not offer a free shuttle service. They do offer free parking though which we took advantage of. The hotel is in a calm and quiet industrial area near the airport. The check-in was quick and the front desk agent gave us suggestions in terms of dining options in the area, which was not much to be honest. The lobby was nicely decorated and so are the rooms. The room I had was spacious, modern, very clean and functional. I especially liked the huge windows overlooking some quaint German houses surrounding the hotel. The bed was well made and was super comfortable. The bathroom was huge and had a spacious Italian shower which I loved! I had a great sleep thanks to their comfy bed and pillows as well as the calm/zen ambiance of the room. In the morning we took advantage of the breakfast that was included in the room. They had a buffet style breakfast which was good but unfortunately it wasn't refilled fast enough. There was always a queue whenever they refilled the bacon! Their tea option was excellent though. Checkout was as quick as checking in and had no issues with the bill. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Too bad we didn't have enough time to enjoy the other facilities and amenities of the hotel like their spa. Will definitely stay here again though the next time we visit Munich.

Very good! Great reception, super service and beautiful new, renovated rooms! To do so, the location to the airport. The shuttle bus is right in front of the door, otherwise you can also take the 512 line! Come back!
