It was so dirty. There was three pillows on the bed and each one had to stand on it. There was also a stain on the mattress cover. The safety latch on the front door was busted and it was missing a screw. The front door was busted up and it looked like it had been kicked in before. The bathroom door needs to be replaced because it is disgusting. And the light fixture in the bathroom had a orange stain inside it. The fire detector was missing. When I walked in the room it smelled like someone had been hot boxing cigarettes in there and then they sprayed a ton of air freshener or Lysol. The Lysol made no sense because everything was dirty. The overpowering smell of cigarettes and cleaners literally gave me a headache. There was a cigarette burn in the shower curtain. Crumbs all over around the edges of the bed on the bed frame and floor. Some kind of sticky residue or tape that was stuck in Some kind of sticky residue or tape that was stuck on the floor as well as what might be food? The phone was filthy. I didn't even want to sleep in the bed. I really can't say anything good about it

One of the WORST hotel experiences of my life. Booked months in advance for a family vacation, just passing through Fresno so only needed one night. Booked a 3-bed room since traveling with a son and daughter and was impressed it was an offering. However, when we arrived we were told the lone room had been booked the night before for a multiple night stay. OK, we can roll with that - so asked for them to provide two rooms to make up for it and they obliged. Rooms were DISGUSTING! Hair in the tubs, broken light fixtures, bathroom doors were so warped they wouldn’t close or stay shut, and the toilet seat fell OFF the toilet in one room. The deadbolt to one room did not even work! Another reason for booking this hotel (we stay in Day’s Inn frequently and have never had an expert poor) was they advertised continental breakfast…well, they had 2 broken machines that were out of order for juice, a single green banana and empty cereal containers, and when asked they had no additional stock available - this was NOT at the last 30 minutes of breakfast being offered! All that remained as options were self made waffles and two slices of bread for toast - we have a family of four. The MOST laughable part of the whole experience was that they advertised on their welcome sign, “Newly renovated rooms!” What a joke. Do NOT stay here!!!

This is the worst hotel in this trip. It was too noisy and the bathroom light was broken so I couldn't take a shower.

The bathroom and bathroom facilities seem old, but the place was generally clean and we had a comfortable stay. There were three adults, but the bed was large and we were able to sleep without any problems.

This hotel is only worth this price. My friend said that he didn’t dare to turn over after sleeping all night, zang! There are McDonald's, Wendy's and other fast food restaurants around.

Worst and most dangerous area, the hotel pictures do not match the reality.

The service attitude of the guy at the front desk is super good! The breakfast was quite rich. The room was very clean and quiet. We took a break on the way out and stayed for two days. We were very satisfied. The price/performance ratio was amazing!

The room is spacious, the service is timely, and the breakfast variety is not replenished promptly enough
