Very nice hotel with a friendly staff to help, marcus really excellent hotelier ,help me with every request and always with a smile,eventhough there is a language barrier, he's trying his best to accomodate our needs....will definitely come back... keep up the good work

I've attempted to contact your customer service team multiple times, but I have not received any response regarding our refund and cancellation. No etiquette in responding in e-mails. Very inflexible hotel so we won’t be recommending! Avoid this hotel!

The hotel stay was very ordinary, toilet doors broken, main door too tight, shower holder was broken, aircon did not work, room was dark even after switching alll lights. Overall it was a 2 star experience. The only plus point was its location from train station was convenient.

Stayed for 3 nights. Spacious room but the bedsheet of one of the twin beds was mouldy on arrival which is not acceptable. We had breakfast inside the restaurant on the next morning which is comfortable. The next morning, my husband and I informed restaurant staff our room number but a black staff in black dress curtly remarked that breakfast area for group tour members is at hotel lobby area. However, our tour manager later informed us that our breakfast area should be in the restaurant. The same staff stopped a group of us the next morning again! Luckily our tour manager stopped her. A clear case of discrimination! This definitely is an unpleasant experience and memory we associate with this hotel!

The house keeping lady was very rude she knew I was still sleeping because I told her that to come back after 12pm but she didn’t care at all

Spent allot of money for a group booking. Customers service was terrible. Rooms uncleaned. Staff was very aggressive. Parking is not free. We kept recharging keys. Paperkeys were not practical. Manager on duty was very arrogant. Other customers complained to us when we finally voiced our complaints.

Very warm welcome. Mehdi was there to greet us for a late night check in. He was super helpful and went out of the way to make sure our kids would go right to bed late night. A very kind soul and professionally pleasent to deal with. I'd give more stars if I could for Mehdi. Thank you
