The Chateau is charming and beautifully appointed with excellent amenities. Property also has historical significance going all the way back to WW I. Proprietor was accommodating and charming. Unique European experience. Highly recommend.

Less than one roll of toilet paper in the room. Breakfast (although typical for France) was all carbs and sugar not what was expected for a place this price. 20 mins from Arras. Nothing in between. More like a hotel rather than a B&B.
Owner let us check in early, that was nice. But this was a coincidence. Good luck if you show up early. Room and home was clean and decorated well. Grounds were nice. Don’t bother asking for ice.

Great place and lovely hostess..the only thing that could improve is some directions outfront to this location as it is near the end of the road on a bend and was unable to initially know the location

Le château de Fresnoy en Gohelle est un magnifique havre de paix. Nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire par la propriétaire des lieux. La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner servit dans la très belle salle à manger du château était parfait. Un très bel endroit où nous avons envie de revenir pour y passer quelques jours.
