Hyatt Place Fresno

Staff are friendly and provide help right away when I requested. Room is very clean. The only thing I don’t like is there is no USB outlet on the wall.

Location is great. Building is between a highway and a big street, but the noise insulation is good and we weren’t annoyed with noise from outside. The glass and the coffee mug in our room were dirty and full of dust. They should more throughly clean the room.

Everything was clean id recomend to stay it was a 10/10 experience the food was good , room was comfy , alcohol was delicious, wish it had a jacuzzi though, other than that id give you guys a 100/100 rate thank you

Clean, modern, rooms. Close to freeway and local shopping and restaurants. Standard breakfast options were in good shape (ie not soggy or tasteless, like some other places). Definitely would stay here again when passing through Fresno.

I was here for eight days. The hotel facilities are nice, but there was no room cleaning service until the fourth day. If I didn’t want room cleaning service, I would’ve stayed in the Airbnb… The bare floors need to be mopped also.

Check in here with my husband and two toddlers under 4. The floor was so dirty that I have to map the night I checked in. The next morning I requested housekeeping and a mop on the floor. Came back evening time, nothing was touched. Unbelievable.

We were told the cooks didn’t come to work that day, so no breakfast. Also woke up to my car window broken and stuff stolen. No bueno, Fresno. No bueno.

When I arrived, the shower stall had definitely not been cleaned: there was dirt in one corner! House keeping is supposed to occur every 3 days, and often it does not. I have heard other guests complain about this as well. You can ask for house keeping on other days, but this may or may not occur.The one bright spot is that the complimentary breakfast is very good.
