Beautiful hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. Location was perfect.

Staff was very attentive without being intrusive. Excellent knowledge of the local area with great recommendations. Housekeeping was perfect!

We stood by the bar for about 10 minutes and were never acknowledged, even once. The area wasn’t busy, so it was disappointing not to receive any attention. WiFi was not provided, and our phones barely had service, so I wasn’t even able to use my hotspot to get any work done. Because of these inconveniences, we were unable to stay for the full amount of time we had planned. We typically stay at the Hyatt or Omni and expected a similar experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

One of my favorite hotels. Staff is also friendly & welcoming. Rooms are excellent, clean & comfortable.

Every staff member was kind and accommodating. The hotel smells amazing when you walk in and apparently it has a signature scent! The room and bathroom were beautiful, comfortable, and super clean. We really enjoyed staying here. Valet is kind of expected though, so just be aware of that because there is very limited parking around the hotel. The area is safe and there are plenty of things to do and places to eat nearby.

Came here after our wedding and the staff sent up a complimentary bottle of wine. The valet, escorted us with our bags to our room once we got there. Everything was perfect and couldn't have been better. The room was clean and quiet, the staff was amazing and its location was perfect.
