My family and I stayed one night here over a weekend. The woman at the front desk when we arrived was dealing with a personal matter but handled it in a very unprofessional way as she check us in. When we went to go to sleep for the night our sheets had hair in them, crumbs, and various stains. The only other minor inconvenience was that some of the outlets in the room were loose and didn’t work with our standard iPhone chargers. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great.

Our room still had dirty wash rags in the shower. Other people staying also had no towels or blankets on their beds. Front desk staff was decent minus the lady the was helping a customer next to me she just walked off without telling her where her room was.

Stayed here for a game at Toyota Stadium and will stay again if needed. Property itself was well kept and in a quiet area, felt safe. Hot tub was hot, pool was fun, beds were quite comfortable.

Room was dirtier than I expected, bathroom not cleaned. Dried toothpaste on counter and dirty sock on the floor. Overall, we made the best of it and came out fine on the other side, but will choose to stay somewhere else next time.

I did not get the room that I originally booked due to comfort suites being completely booked once we arrived. The front desk clerk had an attitude the whole time during check in. I booked this room 6 months in advance. I had to make do with sleeping arrangements, due to them being already booked up. It was late when we checked in, or I would have went elsewhere. The room was dirty, coke bottle left on floor under seating area. Will not stay at this hotel ever again. Will not use ******* either.

Great property, highly recommended. The only setbacks were uncomfortable mattress and our room faced the highway so it was quite loud at night. Overall great stay.

The hotel was conveniently located for dining and shopping. The only complaint was noise from the North Dallas Tollway traffic at night.
