The hotel has so much potential but lacks in amenities and services available like a proper fridge in the rooms, fast working AC and room service. But overall love the location, the comfortable mattresses and cleanliness of the rooms.

Such a beautiful hotel and the staff members were top quality. We went for our 40th wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very clean. The room was comfortable and the bed slept great. The shower was a luxurious walk in, however, the water pressure was comically non-existent. I had to cup my hands under the trickle and then splash myself to get rinsed off.
It was a one-night stay otherwise I would have requested a different room. Paying for parking and breakfast not included are bummers that raise the price of the stay, but, all in, I would gladly stay here again.

I didn't realize there was a $22 self park fee or a $25 valet parking fee, which was disappointing on arrival. I thought I was getting a great rate until I realized I had missed the parking fee. In our room we were only given 2 towels and the refillable body wash and shampoo bottles in the shower were empty.
It was raining when we were leaving and we had left home without an umbrella. I was shocked that the umbrella they sold in the lobby was $30.
Other than those items, the hotel is beautiful and the room was very nice and comfortable. I would consider a stay here again, but would anticipate the parking fee and consider it with the rate when comparing to other local hotels.

There was no hot water, and the Keurig did not work properly. I went downstairs around 6am to get coffee, no one was at the front desk, and coffee is not served until 6:30am.

The staff was very friendly and the location is great but that’s not enough to make up for the fact that my room was dirty, my bed was uncomfortable and the walls are so thin that I was woken up multiple times by the people in the neighboring room who decided to have an after party at 1am. At $250 a night, that was definitely an underwhelming experience.
