Manager/GM was disrespectful to me as a woman made me cry at check in humiliated me in front of his entire staff called me liar stating my dog was not a service dog even after showing him the card information then the entire staff proceeded to be rude to me my entire 2 and a half week stay there while I was waiting for my apartment to be ready to move in I spent over a thousand dollars and cleaned my own room took out my own trash had to walk to front desk every day asking for towels trash bags soap clean sheets I WOULD NEVER CHOOSE ANYWHERE JASON THE MANAGER/GM IS WORKING He and his staff except the Supervisor is awful and mean

Very clean and very homey. Breakfast was just ok however hot breakfast included so I'm not complaining just wasn't great.

Overall it is good. Only one thing to complain - I can hear next door room's conversation. They were loud for sure, but the room's insulation of sound is poor.

The breakfast was so good and they seasoned their food!🙏 the room was clean and I loved the indoor pool. They also had dove hygiene products in the bathroom. I will definitely book again!
