La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas - Frisco Stadium

For this time the front desk guys were so nice! Polite and eficient! (They were not the same as last time). The breakfast is good, also the guest laundry each has 2 pairs of nice machines. O got a bigger room this time, but still with the lights to much poor! Even hard to organize your luggage at night time. But I recomend the hotel anyway.

The hotel is nasty. First night I found two live roaches in the room. When I saw the first one I called front desk. No roach spray but he came with a mosquito racquet and killed the roach. About 20 min later here comes another. My friend had to kill it because I’m terrified of roaches. The bed sheet was not clean. The bed was made up lumpy. The shower was dirty and the sink had long black hair on it. The facial tissue on the bathroom was stuffed. Like someone pulled out too much tissue and just stuffed it back in. I couldn’t sleep the first night because I feared a roach would crawl on me. Next day I asked for the manager and the guy said she’s not in but he will have her call me. O am yet to receive a call from her. I’m going to dispute my cc because I didn’t even stay the two nights.

Very nice hotel! Front desk staff outstanding! Breakfast was excellent as well. My only complaint (and its a small one). The lighting in the room, especially in the bathroom was low. It was hard for a senior lady to find a spot bight enough to put on makeup. Otherwise 5 stars!

Room was clean. Hallway carpet was gross. I felt dirty every time I walked down time hall. Breakfast was ok. Muffins and fruit were not replenished with more than am hour left in Breakfast service and hot food were cold. Location served our needs.

Marley is amazing! She made check in so quick and simple! The room was beautiful with lots of space. The pillows are top notch and they give you 5 on a King bed! They aren't those flimsy, paper things pillows like other places. Great stay, great sleep, great staff and great location!

Nice, big rooms. Great hot breakfast foods that changed daily. Cordial staff. Really good coffee. Please note this hotel is located near the sports complex of Frisco, TX. Spent 5 nights to visit family. The walls are thin and when rooms are filled with kids equals not much peace and quiet. Front desk gave me earplugs.
