Reviews of La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas - Frisco Stadium

For this time the front desk guys were so nice! Polite and eficient! (They were not the same as last time). The breakfast is good, also the guest laundry each has 2 pairs of nice machines. O got a bigger room this time, but still with the lights to much poor! Even hard to organize your luggage at night time. But I recomend the hotel anyway.

Clean and good except they taken 30 mins to wait us for checkin..

The hotel is nasty. First night I found two live roaches in the room. When I saw the first one I called front desk. No roach spray but he came with a mosquito racquet and killed the roach. About 20 min later here comes another. My friend had to kill it because I’m terrified of roaches. The bed sheet was not clean. The bed was made up lumpy. The shower was dirty and the sink had long black hair on it. The facial tissue on the bathroom was stuffed. Like someone pulled out too much tissue and just stuffed it back in. I couldn’t sleep the first night because I feared a roach would crawl on me. Next day I asked for the manager and the guy said she’s not in but he will have her call me. O am yet to receive a call from her. I’m going to dispute my cc because I didn’t even stay the two nights.
