One of the best Premier Inns I have stayed in. Room very clean thanks to Kieran. Reception staff friendly and great facilities in the hotel. Room is spacious, has a fan, window that opens, bath and shower and good clothes hanging space. Has a Beefeater on site too.

Perfect location, friendly staff, super flexible, clean room : everything I could wish for. A steady value where you know what you’ll get. My go-to whenever I’m in the area. Through the years I’ve stayed here a couple of times and have been recommending the hotel to my friends.

Without a doubt the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We walked in the room to find a blocked, overflowing toilet and there was thick black mould around the windows, right next to the bed for my daughter who suffers with asthma. And watch out for hot water…. It’ll burn your skin off!

Situated on the outskirts of own. A standard Premier Inn. Very friendly staff. Barman remembered my drink from a previous visit. Plenty of parking places. Does what it says on the tin. Half the price of an hotel in the town centre. You would need a car if staying there. I use it a lot, its fine.

I must say every time we stay here to visit relatives we have the best time. Comfortable friendly great location for parking. When we booked to stay we did not realise it was Mothers Day weekend and it was completely full. However, the staff are absolutely fantastic! Everybody received daffodils too which was a pleasant surprise. The food evening and at breakfast was plentiful hot and delicious.

I was staying here to go to longleat. The hotel was a good distance away. There was good roads to get to the hotel, well sign posted. The rooms were far enough back from the road so you couldn’t hear the traffic. On the hole it was lovely to stay there and I would definitely stay there again.

Husband and I wanted a hotel to spend the night before our Longleat visit so we could be there for opening. We chose this hotel for its reasonable price and proximity to the animal park. Although from the outside the hotel looked a bit shabby, inside it was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent and we both got a good night’s sleep. We also took advantage of the meal deal the adjoining Beefeater which was good value too.

We stayed recently in room 30, family room . Overall it was exactly like all other premier inns. Only negative hence the review, our room smelt really badly of mould, mustyness. Had to open window and blow fan round to clear it but it wouldn't really go. Not nice a family breathing it in all night. Other then that tho can't complain for the price.

Have stayed in many Premier Inns before and believe them to be good value for money but this one was very disappointing. The hotel is very tired and needs some updating and general TLC. The beefeater restaurant was very run down and was disgusted that the tables, chairs and carpets needed a very good clean! The only saving grace was the staff who were all very polite and friendly. Sadly will not be staying there again.
