在福安市市中心找到這個賓館，真心感覺不錯，有停車場，衞生也好，一百多塊錢，性價比高，哦，還有全自動洗衣機，出差好地方。

第一次到福安出差，根據攜程推薦入住兆財賓館，原以為這價格的賓館環境服務衞生一般，沒想到房間又大，環境又舒適，離市中心又近，不僅有免費停車還有早餐，真是物超所值，以後再來福安還會選擇這裏。

設施：設備都還好吧 就是冷熱水很奇怪 要麼特別熱要麼特別冷洗個澡要調很久
衞生：衞生還行，沒有什麼特別臟的地方
環境：環境還可以 衹是入住的三天都在修路就很吵
服務：態度一般
最讓我不理解的是，明明我定的是豪華圓床房上面明明就寫了兩份早餐，前台卻説定一張床就是一份早餐 這是個什麼邏輯很搞不懂 之前定的酒店都可以 就這家不行 第二份還的付錢 還有就是八點粥就沒了好神奇 早餐時間是7點開始的八點沒粥唉。不理解

五樓同層的客人，把酒店當成自己家，各種聚會喧鬧一直到凌晨5點，搞得一晚上沒有睡好，酒店應該要對這種行為進行制止。嚴重影響其他客人休息。還有，酒店沒有早餐，但是過年期間可以理解。

客房藏污納垢太噁心了，衹管掙錢就不管衞生，4.2分的平方是怎麼來的。
