When the parking lot is too small and there are too many banquets, guests can be notified in advance; instead of rudely blocking guests and cars outside without providing a solution, the local traffic conditions are very bad, and it takes an entire hour to drive on the road. , the front desk didn’t answer the phone (no solution, no response); in the end, the car had to be parked in the alley illegally; when I returned to the hotel, I told the front desk that I could notify room X when I parked my car, but there was no notification. During room service, it is nothing to ask for a bottle of water. I was not unfriendly the entire time, nor did I get a word of apology. Since the hotel charges are not cheaper than those in other cities, the service must be on par and not lag behind. I live in this hotel every year, and I won't do it in the future. Suffering.

Some service staff are really unprofessional. They went to the restaurant on the second floor for breakfast. The female person in charge standing at the exit of the elevator on the second floor said that I took too much and blocked me there. Let me go, how much can my 153 person weighing less than 100 eat? The female person in charge swayed her hands and feet, shook her head, and was so disrespectful that she hit me. 酒店重新裝修過與前幾年前不一樣，變化比較大，房間裝修輕奢不錯，智能化，給人一種舒適的感覺，站在窗户旁白天夜晚的風光不一樣都挺美的，下次還會繼續選擇這家酒店，唯一美中不足的就是停車不是很方便

到福鼎必住的酒店！沒有之一！環境，服務，早餐一如既往的好。特別是前台小姐姐推薦的福鼎當地百年老字號小吃～漁片江，好吃到爆，那酸辣夠勁夠爽！吃到撐😂強烈推薦給到福鼎玩的小夥伴👍

第一酒店停車麻煩 第二空調冬天不能開冷風 冬天氣温高要開冷風 要懂得變通 小孩子睡也睡不着 第三熱水沒有了沒有提前通知 要自己打電話説明情況 第四通風很不好 最後離馬路近 噪音大 休息不好 昨天晚上太熱還是這樣開着窗睡的

這家酒店怎麼説呢，房間設施都不錯，關鍵服務和協調能力太差了，春節節假日入住這家酒家，也正是這家酒店當地人聚餐的高峯，這家酒店2-5層都是餐廳，然後入住時酒店停車位滿了（大部分都是就餐的客人停的），對於自駕遊的住店客人來説，就要停到較遠的停車場（圖片圈中的停車場，從酒店房間拍攝），這個對於自駕遊的客人來説是極其不方便的，然後大包小包行李箱卸下辦理完入住後，還要和用餐的客人一起擠電梯上去，電梯又慢，大包小包行李箱拿着等了15-20分鐘。第二天早餐廳的環境也差，餐桌真的臟的不行，衹負責把餐盤收走，其餘的垃圾看不見，看不見。

房間乾淨寬敞，住的很舒服。窗外可以看江景，過年期間晚上放煙花的很多。停車確實不太方便，不過我們到的早，正好樓下有車位。環境服務都很滿意，唯一不足可能就是電梯實在太慢了

服務人員極度不專業，早晨6點，前台服務人員還會打錯電話到客房的座機，實在是不可理喻，極度的一次消費不良體驗。
