因為突發的高鐵晚點而找到的店，性價比可以的！
還有早餐，早餐的種類也不算少，每天都有打掃，就是晚上附近有點熱鬧，睡眠淺的人要看看情況。
周邊的交通也很便捷，去市場去火車站都門口有公交，去爬了天姥山，周邊的福鼎美食吃得撐了 哈哈哈哈哈✌️

沒有想到，入住該酒店後，與之前所預訂的結果反差較大，電梯衹到4樓，然後需要有一段路再步行上到五樓，再步行一段才到房間。我們都是65歲的人了，首選就是有電梯的，實際很讓人失望，那麼多的空房間，也無法給予調劑。
早餐還是不錯的。
停車位較少，衹能碰運氣了。
總之，感覺不太好！

環境：
設施老舊，地板很爛，電視機很小，環境一般。床頭衹有一個插座可以充電，關燈也沒有總控。隔音很差，安全不保證，因為雖然需要房卡刷電梯，但是後來發現從b樓隔壁樓梯可以直接進酒店內部，甚至有些人還在樓道里抽煙。
服務：
訂了兩個晚上酒店，是下午兩點退房，睡了一晚上之後第二天白天中午十二點左右，開始打電話過來問要不要續租，明明訂了兩個晚上（甚至也沒有到退房時間）。
在説明瞭訂了兩天之後第二天出去遊玩回來仍然給我們房卡消磁，進不去房間，打了前台電話讓保安開門，保安態度很差，讓去前台刷卡。
刷完卡回來之後發現房間在無人知曉的情況下被打掃過，甚至告知也不告知一聲，在我們內衣內褲、貴重物品平板以及身份證都放在桌子上、床上的情況下，進來打掃了房間！甚至扔掉了我們放在桌子上的還未開封的生蠔，理由是味道太大！
告知前台後前台的理由是阿姨每天都要來打掃，那麼為什麼不通知我們一聲？如果我們在睡覺，她進來了是不是侵犯私隱？如果我們人不在，她進來了貴重物品丟了怎麼能保證我們的財產安全？而且酒店規定要求每天打掃也不是未經允許擅自扔掉我們東西的理由謝謝。
總結：環境設施差，服務態度差，侵犯顧客私隱以及財產安全，不建議入住。
