房間無敵新，非常滿意，裝修絕對堪比橘子水晶的水平，但住客素質太差，沒有公德，每天7-9點早起時間樓道里一個接一個大吼大叫，不間斷，酒店沒有在公共區域做任何提示標語，非常影響休息！住客素質無法控制，但酒店住宿管理和提示，保障其他旅客的權益！

房間很乾凈，前台服務挺好的，智能馬桶，還有機器人送水，春節期間酒店還贈送了早餐，非常貼心，停車免費，就是電梯有點小，要等很久。

房間裝修較新，設施設備完善，還送了早餐，在福鼎算不錯的了！就是高峯期一個電梯不怎麼夠用，等了幾趟都沒法坐上去，最後衹好走樓梯去吃早餐了，早餐的品質一般，福鼎肉片做的還沒有外面的好吃，可能是春節人太多了吧，也可以理解

住過的最好的漢庭，智能小度，智能馬桶，就是桌子太少，就一個小電腦桌，東西不夠放，最大敗筆是衞生間的電吹風，風小吹頭髮太費勁
