Reviews of Hotel Hana Isawa

A nice Onsen hotel with hotspring facilities in the building. Book this room as it was the few that was vacant. Rooms are limited on the Saturday. My room is on the 3rd floor and it is right next to the dining hall. We share the corridor is rather noisy till roughly 9pm. Only after dinner and cleaning up is done the noise settle down. If you are one that sleeps early, do book other floors and not this. Onsen is good with indoor and outdoor. My room is spacious and has a toilet. Toilet do not have showers, only a sink. Facilities and amenities are a little old, but still overall a clean place.

The facilities seem a little old, but the staff are hospitable and the place is clean, so I think it's a good place to stay. The room is a Japanese-style room. When I checked in, the futon was laid out, but it's nice to be able to lie down right away. The toilet and sink are by the window, so it's hard to use because the table and refrigerator get in the way. However, the refrigerator and air conditioner were good and cold. The hot spring seems to be from a private source, and it's clear but a little slimy, which is nice. The heated one can get hot, but the cold one might be closer to the source. The cooler one was also slimy. There is also an open-air bath, which is nice. I was glad that I happened to be able to see the fireworks at night. It was short, though. This time, I went to see the peaches and grapes, but it seems there is also cormorant fishing, so next time I might come to see the cormorant fishing.

The overall evaluation of the hotel is not so good, but the day-use bathing wasn't bad. It's a 5-minute walk from Isawa Onsen Station, so you can drop in for a quick visit. Day-use bathing is available from 14:00, so I went at 14:30, and there was no one there as the hotel guests had not yet checked in, so I was able to enjoy the freshly cleaned, clean changing room and bathroom all to myself. The hot spring is of high quality, flowing directly from the hotel's own source. The bath felt like a large public bath at a public inn. The cost was around 1600 yen for a bath towel with the inn's name on it, a toothbrush set, a plastic drawstring bag, and a rental bath towel.

The name of the hotel is "Hana Isawa". This time, thanks to the nationwide travel support, the hotel price was discounted by 20% and we received a coupon worth 4,000 yen for two people. It feels like we got free souvenirs. The lobby on the first floor is unnecessarily spacious. The room is a Japanese-style room. Perhaps they are short-staffed, as the futons have already been laid out. It really is a traditional hot spring inn. We were on the seventh floor, so the view from the window stretched into the distance. Isawa Onsen is a rural town. There is no hot spring town atmosphere at all, is there?

This is one of the hotels in the View Group in Isawa Onsen. Dinner is not a buffet, but it is relatively reasonably priced. Check-in is at 2 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m., so you can stay for a long time at a leisurely pace, and I used to stay here often. It's been a while since I used it this time. The Japanese-style room already had a futon laid out, but it was still a large room with a lot of space. You can see Isawa Station, the cityscape, and the mountains from the window. There are two room keys, which was convenient. Toner and other amenities are provided in the bathroom in the room. The bath is a large public bath that is alternated between men and women, and the open-air bath was lukewarm, so even though it was a hot day, I was able to relax. The hot spring water comes out one after another, and it's a waste of the amount. It is a gentle, colorless, transparent hot spring. There are plenty of amenities in the washroom area. It is also helpful that there is a water cooler in the dressing room area, especially during this hot season. There is also a free private bath, but I used it before, so I didn't use it this time. I had dinner at the restaurant. Most of the food is set. I enjoyed every dish served in beautiful dishes. The six-item appetizer platter alone was a perfect accompaniment to wine. The tempura was served fresh from the live counter, and the salt powder was not too salty, but had a gentle saltiness (the salt is called Kenkyona Shio). Chawanmushi and grilled red fish were also perfect accompaniments to sake. We ate the rice in the pot with Nozawana furikake (to be mixed into the rice) along with the beef hotpot. Before dessert, the dishes were cleared away and a new hot towel was brought out. For dessert, we had soybean flour pudding. We BYO a full bottle of Yamanashi wine (corkage fee required). The veteran waitresses were quick, kind, and attentive. The non-Japanese staff also provided polite service. My partner was satisfied, saying, "The accommodation is reasonable, but the dinner is good. Has it always been like this? I wonder why we haven't come here for a while. Let's come again." Breakfast was a buffet. *The fried food and eggs are made live and are both delicious. There is a good selection of buffet items, including sandwiches. When customers finish their meal and leave the table, the staff diligently wipe the tables and chairs, and everyone also greets all the customers. My wife was impressed that the staff work so hard. I want to stay longer, so I'll come again.

14時チェックイン11時チェックアウトなので、ゆっくり滞在できます。比較的リーズナブルなお宿です。 部屋は10畳の和室と広縁で、布団はすでに敷いてありました。この部屋からはJRの線路が見えます。鉄ちゃん(鉄道ファン)の夫は夜になっても、早朝もずっとJR の列車が来るのを見たり写真を撮ったりしていました。 さて、今回はラウンジでカクテル無料のサービスがありました。私はカクテルは飲まないので行かずでしたが、つれあいは利用しました。ラウンジは沢山のお客様で賑わってました。 お風呂は貸切風呂が無料で使えるので、初め貸切風呂を利用しました。家族風呂なので一人で使うのは贅沢な事です。 夕食会場には沢山のお客さんがいました。彩りがキレイで春の食材でも盛り込まれた内容でした。お刺身はマグロのみでしたが、刺身こんにゃくや湯葉があり、きれいに、盛り付けされていました。鍋物の山形牛もあり、またワインにも合う品もありました。春の食材フキスナップエンドウ、桜もちなどもあり、デザートのイチゴプリン゙も美味でした。 朝食はバイキングで以前より変わっていました。ライブキッチン形式で*焼きや魚　ワップルなど作りたてが食べれます。スタッフの人がご飯などよそってくれます。サンドイッチもいろいろありました。以前は勝手にできている品を取ってくる感じでしたが、バイキング会場は良い感じでした。 お風呂も３回入り、ゆっくりのんびり滞在できて、良かったです。
