Service staff were efficient, although queueing to trade your keys for your shoes slowed things down. (Understandable, because this is also a day-trip onsen, so the hotel needs to ensure all tabs are covered before letting guests go.) Facilities were old but well-maintained, although my room window couldn't be closed without force. Wide variety of baths to choose from, and convenient hours. Note that there is no shampoo, conditioner or body soap in guestrooms, as this is an onsen facility - all soaps and bath amenities are provided in the onsen area. Several onsite restaurants providing many food options, which made up for the lack of vegetarian-friendly options around the area.

They were happy to accommodate last-minute changes, and the food variety was greater than we expected, so both my children and I were very satisfied. Just one thing... after checking in at the relaxation corner, I went to the reception hoping to make a reservation right away, but they were fully booked at 5pm and I couldn't make one, which was disappointing as I was really looking forward to a massage. The female staff member at the relaxation reception was not very welcoming.

Although it is a lodging without meals, the service is very polite and comfortable.

I stayed here when my friend and I got lost. The cleanliness and service were not bad☺️ The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items and was delicious. More than anything, the baths were comfortable. (I especially recommend the wine bath and cypress bath) Personally, this is a hotel I would like to stay at again😊 It's a shame that it's so inconvenient to get to😅

It's a comfortable place to stay and good value for money. The food in the facility is good, but there are also plenty of restaurants nearby so you can enjoy whatever you feel like eating out that day. The different types of baths are fun, so you'll find yourself soaking in them for a long time.

This time I used it because my company's year-end party was near the hotel. I use it often. With stable service, you can always stay with peace of mind.

Check-in was also smooth. The staff were tired and not in good spirits.

The bath was nice and I want to go again.

The hot spring is very good, and the accommodation room is average. The places to eat are also good.

温泉お風呂の種類が多く、小さいですがスイミングプールでも平泳ぎ背泳ぎバタ足運動楽しみ健康的に体温まりました。朝食バイキングも山梨の食材種類豊富にお腹一杯で大満足でした。また来たいと思いました。
