I travel frequently and stay in many hotels. I am currently an elite member of many hotel chains (Platinum members of China Lodging, Home Inns, InterContinental, Hilton Diamonds), and I don't often comment on staying in hotels. However, this time the whole family traveled by car in Shaanxi and stayed in "Fugu Shanshui Sunshine", but I really wanted to come up and talk about my feelings. The county seat of Fugu County is a small city on the banks of the Yellow River. "Fugu Shanshui Sunshine" is just beside the Yellow River Bridge. The location is good. In terms of price (400+), it is also one of the best hotels in the area. But the check-in experience was very poor: 1- The free mineral water and the charged ones in the room are not clearly marked together, which can easily mislead guests (when I checked in at the front desk, I found that guests complained about this charge) The wall of the second corridor fell off, The carpet in the room was dirty, and the sewer in the shower was not smooth (a lot of water under the feet during the shower) 3- All the service numbers on the telephone in the room could not be reached. After asking the front desk, I was told that "it will be disabled after the epidemic." 4-Breakfast is only served until 8:50. At 9 o'clock, the waiter starts to enter the restaurant and collect dishes. 5- The towels in the room are very old, yellowed, and white is not visible. In short, the hotel management tried their best to reduce costs, and didn't care about the guest's experience at all. This hotel stays in the service consciousness of the Chinese state-owned enterprises of the last century, and is comparable to the unscrupulous individual industrial and commercial households of the last century in terms of cost consciousness. The bottled water in the hotel room did not indicate the price and charge, and the price was not confirmed at the time of check-out. After the price was gone, it was unreasonably deducted from the room rate reserve, and there was no telephone communication. The service attitude was poor and misled consumption.

The reviews are ok, and the hotel charges are not low. I booked a family suite for more than 500 years, but I was so deceived. First of all, the front desk staff had a bad attitude and an indifferent attitude. On the 21st floor, the corridor was very dark. The corridor lights are not on, only the corner lights are on. The cartoon can't get electricity when entering the room. The floor attendant plugs in a card to have electricity. The most annoying thing is that there is no cool breeze in the central air-conditioning at 12 in the middle of the night. The explanation is that there is no air conditioning in the hotel from 2 am to 8 am, and the room is more than 30 degrees Celsius. How can I sleep?

It's too bad! Everything is dirty and suspicious! There was no water in the toilet when I checked in. The water in the shower and washbasin taps was black and scumming for ten minutes, the worst county-level hotel!

In the suite, the entrance lights are not bright, and the card is not good. So I picked up the phone and called the front desk. The phone was in arrears, and I had to call the front desk with my mobile phone to make an appointment with the service staff. Neither TV can be watched in the room. There is no socket at the head of the bed!

Good location and convenient parking. The breakfast was good. It should be noted that this suite has only 2 large beds, 3 of which are not written online. At most 4 people (only 2 quilts, and 2 more quilts), 6 people cannot be accommodated. Asked the front desk and said it was a mistake on the Internet (hope to update soon), and then said to us "upgrade", the room for the "upgrade" is smaller, from 2 double beds to 1 double bed and 2 small beds, and there is only one bathroom. (The size is smaller, the bathroom is less, and the room is less, also called ‘upgrade’?) The front desk has a tough tone, saying that if there are 6 people, they can't solve it. Fortunately, there are not many people in our group, so we still live in the original suite. Later, I stayed for a few days, and I needed to contact the front desk to clean up. The bathroom is large, the shower is acceptable, the circuit is not good, and the lights are automatically turned on and off from time to time (is it sound-controlled? What is the use of the switch?) Some lighting switches cannot be used, and some sockets cannot be used. The suite has a sauna, but unfortunately it cannot be used and it occupies a space.

酒店應該是當地比較有名氣的酒店，體驗下來一般。設施比較舊，服務也一般。關鍵是房間的燈很昏暗，在房間看手機很吃力。

不推薦！ 1.酒店設施陳舊，電腦開不了電視很老電話用不了，燈光昏暗，取電卡還要分正反，燈開關不靈敏，動不動還會觸碰到總閘，按鍵夜裡也沒反光根本都在瞎摸，燈光色温照度低無法閲讀紙質資料費眼睛。 2.衞生堪憂，地毯有年頭了，各種設施都有年頭了，給人一種臟兮兮的感覺。空調無法制冷，房間比較悶熱，空氣流通不行。衞生間及洗漱淋浴比較低檔次，給的洗髮水沐浴露感覺比較劣質不配這個酒店價格，牙刷掉毛。拖鞋還不會每日更換，被套床單不主動提出，單純續住就不會更換。 3.服務響應速度慢不切實解決問題。9月26日早上七八點多被隔壁施工敲地磚聲音吵醒，反饋後並不管用，工人依舊我行我素，直到十點一直在施工。本來出差晚上就睡得晚，你在家裡裝修是不是也要給隔壁鄰居説一下，更何況酒店，早上被施工巨大聲音震醒，沒見過哪個酒店邊營業邊裝修的。看圖説話。 4.周邊環境是個商場及十字路口，早上會被廣告聲跟汽車喇叭聲吵到，睡眠質量不好的慎重。

住特惠房還可以。黃河橋口。晚上可到酒店樓下吃燒烤看黃河。當地羊肉🉑️。離府谷老城不遠，府谷老城易守難攻，城樓面黃河。
