The location is perfect,it is within 1 min from Kawaguchiko station so you don't need to go through all city for the check in. It is very clean but we faced several problem there: 1) there was a lack of hot water. If two people or more decide to take a shower, the second one will wash in the cold water😭 2) On the morning before our check out we saw that the toilet began to flow🫩 3) We wanted to ride a bike and sent a message to the rent house so that we would like to rent bikes (on the first floor there was an announcement that they can organise a rent 1000 ¥ per bike) but they didn't reply(((

Waking up in the morning and looking out the window, these two photos alone made the stay worth every penny. The hotel is right next to Kawaguchiko Station, making transportation and parking incredibly convenient. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby for all your shopping needs!

It's right next to the train station making it super convenient, also the amenities provided is ample and it allows us to leave our luggage at the place before check in and after check in. Was quick in providing a resolution when the water heater was found faulty

This was an excellent room, my friend and I stayed in room 201 on the upper floor from June 16-18. 1. You can see Mount Fuji directly just by opening the curtains. 2. The room has two very large double beds. 3. There's even a heated mattress pad for when it gets cold at night. 4. It's a completely self-service room; if you arrive at Kawaguchiko Station before 2 PM, you can store your luggage yourself beforehand. 5. It's a 3-minute walk to Kawaguchiko Station. I thought it would be noisy living next to the tracks, but there was no train noise at all at night. 100% recommended!

The location is super close to Kawaguchiko Station. It's just a short walk to the guesthouse. The room is exactly as pictured. From the balcony, you can see Mount Fuji directly, provided it's not covered by clouds. Highly recommend staying here! 👌🏻

The room is incredibly spacious with lots of room. It's super close to Kawaguchiko Station; we arrived in no time even with luggage. There's no traditional front desk, it's more like a self-check-in system where your booking name is posted right at the entrance. We got a downstairs room which was great because we didn't have to carry our bags up the stairs, but the view from upstairs might be better. There's a balcony where you can step out and see Mount Fuji directly. Unfortunately, it was snowing with fog and clouds when we visited, so we couldn't see anything. The bathroom is well-divided, but there's no bathtub. All the amenities are provided, and there's a shared washing machine too. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

This place is right next to the station, less than a minute's walk away! The photo spot in front of the accommodation is beautiful. All facilities are complete, and you can conveniently leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The owner is very lovely. It's perfect for a family stay. The view from the accommodation is stunning.

This accommodation is very close to the station, within walking distance from Kawaguchiko Station, and offers views of Mount Fuji. The room was a bit stuffy, but it was warm inside, and there was an extra floor mattress provided.

Great location, close to the train station and bus station. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which made everything very convenient. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of Mount Fuji from the balcony. The house was spacious and comfortable for the four of us. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

The location is next to Kawaguchi Station. Simple set up hotel with microwave oven, fridge and kitchenette. The washing machine is shared by all guests. Self check in and check out, the owner will leave the key inside the room for check in , and you put the key back when check out . The owner will put a notice outside the hotel regarding the check in procedure. When I booked thru Trip.com, it said that I need to contact the owner 3 days before prior to check in，unfortunately I only get the check in instructions on the day of arrival after asking a few times. They also provide luggage storage service for you before or after your stay.
