This is the best hotel I booked with Trip. I requested for Mountain Fuji view when making the booking and I get one! - thank you for the staff who arranged for me. I came here for the Winter Hanabi (firework) festival, walking distance around 5 minutes you can reach a Family mart (or Lawson I couldn’t remember), and another 5 minutes more you can reach Oike Park 大池公园 to see fireworks! Hotel also provided free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station (morning - night), also you can also go to Otsuki Station (by reservation). I had their free Western breakfast can it is tasty. Really the best hotel I have made with Trip. I will definitely book Toyoko hotel again.

Huge thanks to Toyoko Inn for their meticulous arrangements! The staff were warm and patient, and the shuttle bus was incredibly convenient with frequent services. We also took advantage of the hotel's free direct bus to Mishima, which is great for accessing the Shinkansen to various destinations. Best of all, the hotel arranged a top-floor room with a Mount Fuji view, allowing us to watch the sunrise from our room! The room itself was fantastic and spotlessly clean. All in all, staying at Toyoko Inn in Kawaguchiko was absolutely the right choice!

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. We needed to check out a day early, and they went above and beyond to contact the travel agency and submit a request to Ctrip on our behalf. Ctrip initially refused, claiming the hotel wouldn't agree. Luckily, I'm fluent in Japanese and was able to communicate directly with the hotel repeatedly, which finally led to Ctrip approving the change. It would have been a real struggle for anyone who doesn't speak Japanese. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the outlet mall and a constant shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station. There's also a supermarket within a 7-8 minute walk, which is quite convenient.

Highly recommend this hotel in Lake Kawaguchiko. It's a chain hotel with spacious rooms and a much better service than smaller budget hotels. They offer a shuttle bus to Lake Kawaguchiko and Mishima City, which is super convenient. Check-out is at 10 AM, and I completely forgot about it today after staying for a few days. The hotel called to remind me, and their service was really good, not rigid at all. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Lake Kawaguchiko.

Tokyo Inn is always cost effective and good for solo travelers. This one is even better - they provide shuttle bus services. The breakfast was quite nice too. As usual, the room was small and everything else was acceptable. With this price, no complaints at all. I might probably come back.

Booked another night! The hotel's shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station is excellent, but you really need to manage your time, especially if you've already bought your train tickets back to Tokyo. Make sure to wait at the entrance ahead of time. When we were waiting, the shuttle was full, and it took a long time for the next one to arrive. We just barely made it to Kawaguchiko Station to catch our express bus back to Shinjuku. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive; they even provide cleansing oil and facial cleanser, and there's a makeup mirror in the room. The hotel has four coin-operated washers and dryers, which are quite convenient to use – just remember to plan your time accordingly. Next time I visit Mount Fuji, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

This place is only about a 10-minute drive from Mount Fuji, which made it super convenient to get to the Tenku Torii early the next morning.
