Went with my parents. Check in was relatively straight forward, as was check out. The hotel was quite spacious, the room was to be expected. Relatively basic but clean. Did not eat there. They were able to call us a taxi when needed. We enjoyed the onsen as it had different pools, though not sure about how much of it was “onsen water”.

Nice hotel with public onsen and Mount Fuji views,but unfortunately we are not able to see the Mount Fuji due to weather .

A great hotel to stay if you want to have non-crowded onsen experience. Has smoking room on each floor, drawers filled with yukata, hair brush, cotton buds etc available on each floor as well. Upon reaching Kawaguchiko Station, you can use a pay phone and call the hotel to send someone to pick and send you to the hotel.

Overall a pleasant experience at this hotel. Location, cleanliness, amenities (onsen), room spaciousness are worth the value. Staffs were friendly and helpful to attend to any request, the staffs could speak English, mandarin and Japanese👍

Our room looks at Mt. Fuji!
We stayed a night after hiking Mt. Fuji and it was the best decision. We were a group of 3 so we stayed in the tatami room with 3 futons. Space was a bit tight with all our luggage and bags, but understandable. The onsen was nice too!

This hotel is good. Thanks for the front desk gentleman who gave me medical tapes for my leg injury on 3 jan at around 11:40am. My leg injury is better. Grateful for your caring! Will book this hit again due to caring for customers
