Reviews of La Vista Fujikawaguchiko

The stay was awesome and the staff are very kind and helpful, providing very clear information to all the servives and activities we can do. We were welcomed with complimentary snacks, drinks and even wine after check in. And there is also a complimentary ramen supper available, which feeds our empty stomach after a whole day. The coffee and hot chocolate is also availavle 24 hours complimentary. There is also different onsen theme available, private and public which we had tried out all. Do note on some of the rules when using the onsen. The breakfast is very good and tasty. We had our first Japanese style breakfast and tried the local Hotou and 纳豆 as well. Location wise is slightly outskirts from the Fujikawaguchiko station but there is shuttle bus available for transfer. However, we drived but didn't had the chance to take the shuttle bus. Parking wise a lot of spaces available so that's not a worry. Ultimately, the best of the best is the Mount Fuji voew from our balcony and there is also onsen available in the room. Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend for anyone who would like a good and comfortable stay. 5 star service.

A fantastic stay at La Vista Fuji Kawaguchiko! ✨ Enjoyed an excellent dinner with one of the best roast beef I’ve had, a sumptuous breakfast featuring sakura mochi dumplings, and even complimentary ramen for supper. Loved the relaxing public bath, especially with ice candy after. And of course, the Mt. Fuji view was simply breathtaking! Though the rain covered it today, we were lucky to catch a stunning view yesterday. Would definitely return! ⛰️🌸

This was my first ever family trip at Kawaguchiko, and I pick a hotel which is different from most tourists do - Japanese style accommodation. This French style hotel is absolutely YES and recommend, things like lunch, dinner, service, hot spring choices and room setting are all in the level above what I expected, highly recommended.

CP value very high, will stay again next time.I like their hot spring including the public bath and private baths, meals are also very delicious. Room big enough, view and facilities excellent.

The hotel has a unique interior design.  The place is clean and tidy.  The rooms are spacious and there is a terrace with a view of Mt. Fuji..  The scenery is pleasant. It has the feeling of a foreign town.

Amazing hotel, very cozy rooms. I had a personal bath on my patio that was auto filled with the press of a button and had an incredible view of Mt. Fuji. The location was great for the view but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a personal vehicle or you really like walking. Although they do have a shuttle bus that goes to certain places at certain times

Very Good value for money! With welcome drinks (juice & house wines) & snacks. Fusion fine dining dinner mixed with Japanese & western style, decent presentation & taste good. Cozy room setting with high quality drinks ware. Due to bad weather, we didn’t use the outdoor bath tub but we believe that it should have the FJ Mountain view. The 5 different hot-spring private rooms are special, no reservation is required & we tried the hot stone chair & felt good! The hot-spring section also provides to ice lolly & drinks. Buffet as the Morning breakfast with variety of foods but only serve till to 9:15am. Hotel pack up service with several time slots & operated on time.

The hotel is on a hill, just ten minutes walking from the main road around the lake. Very nice rooms with terrace, hot tub and view of the Fuji mountain. Hotel has cool rustic look. Breakfast was ok.

Very good hot spring hotel, the bathtub in the room faces Mount Fuji, a very atmospheric hotel. Hotel provides a variety of private hot springs and suitable for couples, as well as a large public hot spring. Package including fine dining dinner,

The view is spectacular and enjoy the view and separate toilet usage. Just that there are too many spider abit scary 😟

The hotel is overrated. The public and private onsen are too normal, and few private onsen looks not clean. Beside the room is facing mt fuji, others is normal
