Room 468 had a pretty good view of Mount Fuji from the window. I stayed in room 468 in the main building, which has four floors. The room was standard; I could open a 24-inch suitcase by the door, and a 28-inch suitcase could open halfway. The bathroom had a bathtub. I didn't visit the hot spring bath on the first floor, so I can't comment on it. There's a convenience store about 200 meters from the hotel. Diagonally opposite the hotel is a shopping mall with Daiso on the 4th floor and a supermarket on half of the 1st floor, where many locals buy groceries – they have a good selection of items. It closes at 8 PM. There are yakiniku and casual dining restaurants in front of and behind the hotel. The cake shop nearby is delicious.

I booked a mountain view room, and it indeed had a small balcony. As soon as you opened it, you could see Mount Fuji, although there was another building partially obstructing the view. Still, you could definitely see the mountainscape. Unfortunately, it snowed the day I left, but luckily, I managed to catch a glimpse of the mountain on the day I checked in. Otherwise, it would have been a real shame.

The room was tiny, and the curtains didn't block out any light, so it was blindingly bright as soon as dawn broke. I'm not sure if it was the sheets and duvet cover or the bathrobes that were unclean, but I broke out in a rash after wearing them. The duvet cover kept coming undone, revealing a yellowish duvet inside with hair on it. The hot spring wasn't even a natural one. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Choose wisely.

It's decent. There are plenty of dining options at the nearby mall, but it's a bit far from the subway.

Although the rooms in your hotel aren't big, the accommodation environment is decent. There's a supermarket just a short walk from the hotel entrance. If you're planning to visit Lake Kawaguchiko, Fuji-Q Highland, or the Golden Torii, make sure to ask the hotel to call you a taxi. Otherwise, it's really hard to find one, as taxis are quite scarce there. Of course, that's if you don't have Uber. Some rooms offer a view of Mount Fuji right from the window in the morning, and there's also a hot spring bath on the first floor of the hotel. Apart from the transportation, it's really a good choice.

The hygiene and service were excellent. Their hot springs are very clean and quiet, which I absolutely loved, especially with the stunning Mount Fuji backdrop.

You can see a clear view of Mount Fuji from the hotel! The hot springs are also very clean. It's just a shame that you can't specifically book a Mount Fuji view room on Trip.com.

The hotel is nice, the only downside is that it's too far from the station – it took us over 20 minutes to walk there with our luggage.
